環境很好，遠眺可以看到貝希特斯加登各個景點，背後山峯就是鷹巢，早餐也很豐富，有自助有單點，視野絕佳。就是酒店拖鞋也開始用那種回收的，説是環保感覺也在省成本了，但總體都不錯。 在半山上開車更靈活，如果不開車主火出來Taxi很多都知道這酒店，退房也可以讓前台幫忙叫車。

從德國去奧地利玩耍的自駕旅行，一直心心念念去鷹巢、國王湖和耶拿峯，那就正好在凱賓斯基住兩晚，順便慶祝結婚二十週年紀念。酒店環境超級好，房間也很大很舒適，在半山腰上距離各個景點開車也很方便。尤其是餐廳，提前預訂了燭光晚餐，酒店還會幫忙定製提拉米蘇蛋糕，難忘的旅程！

房間設施給人沉重的感覺，那門要使勁推開。咖啡壺擺放也很侷促。我們定的陽台房，房間枕頭太過軟榻，睡得不舒服。 周圍環境倒是一流無敵，拍了許多美照。 早餐豐盛，晚餐點了三文魚也很好吃！記得晚餐要着正裝

環境實在是太好了，就在一個小山頂上，周圍全是綿延的雪山，四下都是碧綠的草甸，間或點綴幾個小村落。網紅泳池，網紅鞦韆佔據了兩個最佳觀景點，早餐窗外簡直是傳世名作。距離國王湖開車20分鐘，可以半日遊。房間很大，餐廳偏貴，不過這都不重要，這個環境瑞士有些酒店或許有，德國應該別無二家。

房間很舒適，空間超級大，還附送兩塊巧克力，真是好nice。洗浴用品很不錯，設施也很贊。酒店裝修，游泳池無敵好，早餐品種太豐盛了，很多味道很不錯。最讚的就是周邊環境，服務態度，都很不錯，除了貴沒啥毛病。

景觀太棒了，環境很好，房間也可以的，但是可以看出幾年的使用痕跡。 唯一不足的就是健身房有些和酒店的其他方面不匹配

酒店的工作人員素質極差，不建議住這家酒店，入住給的房間明顯比預訂的房間不符，豪華三張大床房變成了一張雙人床房間，收費明顯是大房間的費用，但是前台裝聾賣傻説是訂單就是這樣不肯調換但是收費依然是豪華三張大床房的錢。再就是晚餐上錯菜還百般抵賴，最後我們妥協了他們卻沒有絲毫愧疚，欺騙中國人成了他們的習慣了，這些德國人比國人還油滑，千萬不要以為德國人規矩老實，在這裏你絲毫感覺不到他們的老實

酒店位置非常好在上頂上可以俯瞰雲霧環繞的阿爾卑斯山，服務好是凱賓斯基的一大特色，從check in的蘋果汁，拎包大漢的熱情，到前台小姐姐的詳盡介紹都無一不體現出賓客至上的理念。酒店房間帶陽台可以看到山景，餐廳的自助餐是我見過茶類品種最繁多的酒店沒有之一足以見得德國人的做事細緻嚴謹。唯一遺憾的是電視劇款式比較老沒有投屏功能，不過在這樣美景之下應該也沒空看手機了。

凱賓斯基滿足了我對酒店的所有期待！床非常舒服，我自覺睡到了5點。山上的空氣特別清新，當然需要開車到酒店。早餐有鮮牛奶，這是我第一次喝。價格稍貴，不過絕對物有所值！離國王湖開車大概15分鐘。前台服務特別好，晚上11點了還會耐心地接你的電話，這對我很重要。

在上薩爾茨堡山上，適合自駕遊，雲霧繚繞，房間很大，設施完備；早餐很豐富，餐廳朝着羣山，非常震撼，強烈推薦
