I found the inflexible table seating policy disappointing. It felt like being treated as if in a prison or school, where guests staying in more expensive rooms were given priority and I was asked to only sit at the assigned table. This overshadowed what could have been an amazing stay, as the food and service were satisfactory. However, the rigid adherence to policies really tarnished the overall impression of the hotel. A more empathetic approach from staff would greatly improve the overall experience for all guests.

One of the bestest hotels I have ever stayed. There is not one negative thing I would point out. Convenient location, big, spacious rooms. Bathrooms super clean. The wellness area with saunas TOP!. All the staff is very friendly (special greetings to waitress Petra, who made our evening enjoyable). Food amazing. Book at least 2 nights to fully enjoy this lovely place. Hopefully to be back very soon

The entire staff, from reception, to waiters and housekeeping, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean. The food was extremely tasty, fresh and the service prompt and polite. The hotel was in off the road, very quiet with an excellent view of the Alps.

We visited this Restaurant during a journey through Oberbayern. The room was very big and the service was warm, friendly and efficient. They have a big parking lot where you can charge your EV also. The hotel is well maintained, everything was working. We liked our stay a lot. We also liked the Breakfast which was big.

I really find it weird to be met by a receptionist with her breasts pushed up into my face. I know it’s a alpen Hotel and she was wearing a national costume, but … If you order room service you are charged 8€ in bring up fee. Compared to other hotels I have visited, the price is double and this hotel is a small hotel so the distance is short to the rooms. A 5 star hotel in Cyprus it is actually free of charge. The hotel is in general nice but old. It seems to be maintained, but anyway the shower head wasn’t descaled. The staff is nice, but nevertheless appear confused, probably because English is not native. Parking conditions are critical. It is almost impossible to get a space and if you do get one, your car is parked so close, so if you avoid bumps you are lucky.

Not a pleasant stay. Staff were not friendly and the food was not good. Upon arrival, we selected the half board. At dinner, we were given a table at an empty room that had a bad smell. Supposedly, the other dining rooms were full but we had seen many empty tables. We were generally surprised with the unwelcoming attitude of the staff. We cannot recommend this hotel for American travelers.

Smooth check in with the helpful and friendly staff. I had a basic single room which was ok for the one night I was there. I had dinner in the restaurant which has a great view and the staff were very good. I had the set meal and it was fine. There was parking outside and it was a handy hotel in a good location for a one night stay and on the road early the next morning.

Very big room with large balcony. Bathroom is spacious and have nice shower. I loved the brightness of the room which can be turned on and off separately. Nice facilities including sauna and relaxing areas. Hotel is in good location. Free car park is a big plus.

I often write that a hotel has friendly staff, but the hotel is not great. This time it’s the opposite- the hotel facilities are fine, but customer service needs to be improved. American/English tourists should avoid the dinner “half board”. Best tables are reserved for locals - we were relegated to a moldy room that smelled bad away from the main dining room. Dinner and breakfast buffets are marginal and it’s important to arrive early before all of the buffet food is gone. The hotel room was comfortable, albeit with a small, uncomfortable shower. Important for the hotel to try to pleasantly meet the needs of all guests and not just guests from Germany and Austria.
