Botton d'Oro Gombito

Our stay was in Botton d'Oro Pelabrocco. Host Sabrina was very friendly, our room was clean and meet our expectation, bathroom was nice and clean as well. I was little bit disappointed when I saw dusting under the bed. The location of the B&B is great, bus stop is few meters from the hotel and same for the old city "Citta Alta". I have to say that look of the hotel was nice and made a good impression on us. Even it is called B&B no breakfast options provided which was little bit disappointment for us. However the biggest surprise came during the night when we were trying to sleep but we were disturbed by other guest which were very very loud and wake us UP 5times during the night. Even the host (I dont know his name) was speaking very loudly in front of our door at 23:00 when one of the guest arrive. The walls are paper thin and if you want sleep well you have to rely on the fact that also other guests will be quiet and tolerant during the night.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo B&b ed è stata un'esperienza positiva. Pulito, caldo e a due passi da Bergamo Alta. La signora Sabrina molto gentile e accogliente ci ha consigliato un ottimo ristorante tipico dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene

Posizione piuttosto strategica. Servizio inesistente, mi sono state fornite informazioni incomplete sul parcheggio, ho chiesto aiuto al gestore ma lo stesso mi ha risposto solo dopo 6 ore fuori tempo massimo. Quando ho interloquito il gestore è stato reattivo e cortese ma questa è l'unica nota positiva. Televisori non funzionanti (vetusti ed immersi in un groviglio di cavi), cosi i miei genitori stanchi dopo un lungo tour sono dovuti rimanere in camera a guardare il soffitto. Esercizio non felice visto che in sostituzione di un programma TV hanno ammirato una blatta gironzolare per il soffitto. Noi per contro la mattina abbiamo trovato la nostra valigia invasa da centinaia di formiche. In tutto questo assistenza zero, il commento sulla richiesta di aiuto per le TV è stata una faccina dispiaciuta via whatsapp. Pessimo e da evitare. Peccato perchè con un pelo di attenzione in più stante la posizione sarebbe un’ottima base di partenza per visitare Bergamo alta.

Accogliente,pulizia eccellente. Le camere spaziose e fresche. La proprietaria è una persona splendida, gentile e disponibilissima. Un B&B che consiglio fortemente. Se dovessimo rivisitare Bergamo sceglieremmo di nuovo questa struttura. 5 stelle per noi.

Bel bb posizionato in Bergamo alta. In zona tranquilla e quieta. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite. Bagno spazioso. La camera aveva accesso a un giardino molto bello e ben curato.in ottima posizione lo consiglio. La struttura ha frigo e cucina.
