Hotel Aquino Berlin

Excellent location within easy reach of Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, Ubahn station less than 10 minutes walk away, the hotel itself is just of the main road so it can be quiet, room was a good size and well equipped as was the shower/wc. Lots of places to eat and drink close by. Reception staff were ok but not particularly friendly.

We had a fantastic two night stay at this Berlin hotel during a multi stop tour of Germany. Check in was painless and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower/bathroom facilities were very good also. We found the staff to be excellent, helpful and a credit to the hotel. We were allowed an early check in and also left our luggage after check out without any problems. The hotel is a delight and perfect for couples or families visiting Berlin. There is excellent transport links a short walk away and the hotel can be reached from the airport/HBF without any hassle. We will definitely stay here again if and when we return to Berlin. 😀

We stayed here for three nights during a Berlin city break. Good neighborhood, situated inside a larger complex, quiet premises. Online pre-checkin process which fast-tracked our stay at reception on arrival. But it was also a bit difficult to get along with the non-English speaking receptionist when we wanted to arrange an early check-out. The room was very spacious, clean, with large windows, furnished with utility in mind, not just to fill the space. Small balcony oriented toward the interior courtyard. Bed was comfortable, good night sleep. Nice bathroom, good shower pressure, nice and plentiful toiletries, good quality toilet paper, decent ventilation, but with some awkward smells at times. Enough wall sockets, including near the bed and including USBs. The WiFi connection was spotty, kept disconnecting. If you're late you have to ring and disturb the receptionist to come and unlock the front door, honestly felt like arriving late from the club and waking up my mom. Other oddities: large, tombstone shaped key rings, recorded bird songs playing at night. There are some supermarkets nearby, but there is also the possibility to buy water and snacks at reception. Decently priced compared to similar hotels in Berlin (and that doesn't mean it's not expensive). Would recommend and stay again.

In a chaotic big city like Berlin, a centrally located comfortable place as hotel Aquino is is a rare find. The service and amenities may be minimum, but they meet a sightseeing tourist’s basic needs: convenience to attractions,restaurants and transportation. They don’t cater to luxury seekers. But I found the cleanliness, the accessibility, and the well-prepared breakfast buffet a good value if you spend most of your vacation day out and about in town, when you return at night, you would like a place like that

Rezeption könnte freundlicher sein, sonst alles ok. Zimmer goß und sauber, mit Balkon, allerdings auf dem Balkon stand ein Aschenbecher. Es ist bestimmt nicht schön, wenn der Zimmernachbar auf dem Balon raucht. Frühstück gut. Hotel gut mit Öffis erreichbar. Tagungsraum gut.

sehr ruhiges, top gelegenes Hotel. Sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und top Frühstück. U-Bahnstation Oranienburger Tor ist ca. 350 Meter entfernt. Zu Fuss ist der Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse und der Friedrichstadtpalast bequem zu erreichen.

Hotel situato nel quartiere Mitte di Berlino, in una posizione buona per esplorare i dintorni sia a piedi sia in metro e in una zona tranquilla con diversi ristorantini non troppo distanti. Struttura grande, con ampi spazi esterni. Camere moderne e abbastanza pulite. Un’unica pecca: la vista sul cimitero, un po’ inquietante. Inoltre in camera era disponibile una bottiglia d’acqua da 0,75 al “modico” prezzo di 5 euro. Ok farla pagare…ma mi sembra un po’ eccessivo!

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, ruhige Lage, kleiner Balkon dabei, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr guter Service, überwachte Tiefgarage, U Bahn Station 250m Entfernung und in 2min an der U Bahn Station „Unter den Linden“, empfehlenswert!!!

Ruhig draussen und drinnen, sauber, gute Matrazze, rundum gut, Bis auf den lästigen Zigarettenrauch: Im Hof direkt unter unserem Fenster war die Raucherecke, auf den Balkonen lud der Aschenbecher zum Rauchen geradezu ein. Ein entsprechender Hinweis von unserer Seite erntete nur Schulterzucken. In dem weiträumigen Haus und Areal gäbe es fürs Rauchen andere Möglichkeiten.
