bon hôtel situé dans le quartier turc. Calme, rien à faire autour de l'hôtel. Station tramway à 150 m. Coût du taxi pour aller place de Paris (porte de Brandebourg) 17 euros. Petit déjeuner très bien, varié, copieux, viennoiseries excellentes. Repas au restau de l'hôtel uniquement sous forme de buffet correct sans plus pas très varié et desserts moyens. Chambre vaste avec au premier au moins une hauteur de 4m sous plafond (on est dans une ancienne usine), c'est propre, literie confortable douche très agréable 1m x 1m. La chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure donc très calme, pas un bruit. Une mention pour le barman: pas sympa qui vous interpelle pendant l'apéro en montrant sa montre et en criant ”essen” parce que vous débordez de 5 mn l'horaire prévu (repas fixé exceptionnellement pour nous à 19h30 au lieu des 18h30 normalement prévus), mais les serveuses au restaurant petit dej ou repas étaient charmantes.

I chose this hotel as I was touring Berlin with a friend for a few days, but he was arriving a couple of days later than me. This proved to be a great option in terms of budget, distance from the city centre and proximity to public transport. Once you come up the steps from the U-Bahn at Siemenssdamm, it’s immediately to your right. The member of staff in the reception was warm and friendly and spoke very good English as my German is not very good after studying it a little at school 25 years ago. The room was large, very clean, and well-equipped. It was too warm for me, and turning the air con down didn’t help, but the window opens very wide. The bathroom also had a bath which was a bonus. The bed is firm which I really enjoyed, but I appreciate that won’t be to everyone’s liking. I’m sure I requested the room not to be serviced but the maid had been in every day. I didn’t use the TV but the Wi-Fi was a little patchy and slow at times. There is plenty of plug sockets including one near the bed. There was a soft light on the floor lamp and a desk lamp which was great. I had the buffet breakfast one morning, which had a great and varied selection of hot and cold food, this included cereals, bread, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages, fresh juice, tea, and coffee. There is a supermarket across the road open till 10 pm, which was handy to get food for dinner. Yeah, it is quiet, and felt safe. I couldn’t hear any noise from any adjacent rooms. If I’m visiting Berlin in the future on my own, I will probably stay here again.

+L'emplacement est idéal pour les clients qui souhaitent se rendre au stade olympique. 2 stations, arrêt vraiment juste en face de l'hôtel.
+Quelques malentendus lors de la réservation ont été facilement traités et acceptés par la réceptionniste.
+ Le petit déjeuner est bon et la vue du 16ème étage est fantastique. Le café est encore meilleur ainsi. La sélection est un petit-déjeuner buffet classique comme dans presque tous les hôtels, principalement des œufs brouillés et du bacon ;)
+- parking souterrain par nuit 10€ ce n'est pas sans mais j'ai aussi payé beaucoup plus cher.
+-Relativement cher pour ce que l'hôtel offre dans l'ensemble. Vous paierez principalement pour l'emplacement. Chacun doit décider par lui-même si cela en vaut la peine. Je le réserverais certainement à nouveau si j'ai besoin d'un hébergement là-bas.
+- J'ai spécifié des lits simples lors de la réservation, mais nous avons eu des lits doubles. Je ne peux pas dire si c'était une erreur de Trip.com ou de l'hôtel, mais les lits étaient assez grands pour que cela ne nous dérange pas. Mais cela ne devrait vraiment pas arriver.
-Pas si agréables sont les toilettes dans le hall qui sont au sous-sol ou dans la cage d'escalier. Ça puait tellement que vous deviez presque vomir. Quelque chose doit être fait ici d'URGENCE. Je ne pouvais pas l'expliquer parce que les toilettes étaient toutes propres, mais ça puait. Cela ne devrait pas arriver dans un hôtel de cette gamme de prix ! Heureusement, les toilettes de la chambre étaient bonnes.

Literie confortable, l'hôtel est très bien situé pour se rendre à l'aéroport avec la gare alexanderplatz et la ligne s9 en 40 minutes. Un grand mall près de l'hôtel et pleins de transports, tram et bus et trains pour se rendre dans différents coins de la ville. Hôtel situé près de la fameuse tour tv qui nous a servi de repère tout au long de notre séjour. Lr personnel est très aimable et serviable. Déjeuner un peu cher mais très bon, et dommage qu'il manque un fer à repasser dans la chambre. Sinon très bon séjour.

Je pense que la chambre 107 est une chambre supérieure adaptée pour un utilisateur de chaises à roues, Mais il m'a été donnée comme je suis un voyageur solitaire et dd n'a pas besoin de la capacité de dormir 3. Je voulais le lit canapé/canapé pour se reposer et relaxer, c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé une chambre avec ça dans elle. Je ne fais que écrire cette évaluation, puisque 3 emails ont disparu sans réponse, un à Novum 10/04/22 et deux directement à l'hôtel 12/04/22 et 20/04/22. I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

Séjour dans le cadre d’un séminaire pour le travail, hôtel très grand, très propre, hall d’entrée superbe. Les chambres sont très modernes. Le seul point négatif est qu’il n’est pas tout près du centre , il faut compter 20/30 minutes , mais proche des transports en commun pour s’y rendre, ligne de métro à 5 minutes à pied. L’hôtel compte deux restaurants où nous avons très bien mangé. Je recommande cet hôtel

IInvitéHotel bien placé au centre de Berlin proches de plusieurs stations de transport public. Aéroport est à 45 minutes par le train express régional ou le métro. Plusieurs monument Berlinois sont accessibles moyennant 30 minutes de marche à pieds. Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et spacieuses. Les règles COVID-19 sont respectées. Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié et complet avec des produits de très bonne qualité. Une salle de fitness avec spa est accessible pour les clients de l’hôtel Personnel très professionnel.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

La situation géographique n'est pas idéale, sauf si vous voulez vous rendre à Potsdam. Nous sommes un peu comme sur les Champs-Élysées de Berlin, avec de nombreuses boutiques à perte de vue. Comptez environ une trentaine de minutes en métro/train pour rejoindre le centre de Berlin à partir de Savignyplatz. En ce qui concerne les courses, vous avez le choix entre un Lidl et un autre supermarché bien fourni, tous deux situés juste en face de l'hôtel. C'est pratique pour ne pas perdre trop de temps en courses. J'ai commencé mon séjour dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, qui était malheureusement sombre et assez bruyante. On entendait les gens marcher, ce qui rendait difficile le repos et la concentration pour travailler. De plus, des voisins de chambre passaient régulièrement devant ma fenêtre qui donnait sur une petite cour, sans aucune gêne. J'étais donc contraint de fermer mes fenêtres, vivant ainsi dans l'obscurité avec la lumière allumée. Une dame à la réception a parfaitement compris mes problèmes, et je lui suis reconnaissant d'avoir fait preuve de patience et de courtoisie. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le même ressenti avec un homme qui travaillait à la réception. À ma demande, j'ai pu changer de chambre pour le premier étage, ce qui m'a permis de profiter pleinement de mon séjour. Ma nouvelle chambre était très propre, l'Adagio est bien entretenu. Cependant, il manquait selon moi des meubles de rangement et les inscriptions sur la plaque de cuisson avaient disparu. J'aurais également une suggestion d'amélioration concernant la télévision. Pour les francophones, il n'y avait qu'une seule chaîne qui diffusait constamment des téléfilms asiatiques. J'aurais aimé avoir davantage de chaînes francophones pour profiter de cet écran de télévision, ou bien que l'AirPlay soit autorisé pour transférer directement mes programmes sur la télévision. Malgré cela, j'ai passé d'excellentes vacances.

IInvitéMalheureusement, la piscine était fermée et la sauna était censée être connectée et la sauna était ensuite utilisée une fois seulement 1 heure. Les heures d'ouverture de la sauna de 14h00 à 20h00 du week-end sont absolument inacceptables pour un tel hôtel de luxe. Nous étions très en colère. En réservant, nous n'avons pas reçu d'informations sur le fait que les périodes de spa sont tellement réglementées et que le secteur de la piscine est totalement fermé. À la demande de la réception, nous avons reçu l'information selon laquelle le pool était fermé en raison de mesures d'économie d'énergie et que le personnel n'avait pas encore le même emploi. Nous pensons que les prix du logement doivent être adaptés en conséquence si une partie importante des services ne peut être fournie. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de notre séjour comme nous l'avions prévu!

CchmilblickAvant toute chose, nous avions réservés une chambre classique avec vue et avons été surclassées dans une junior suite, les quelques bémols à venir sont donnés à titre informatif pour ceux qui paieraient le tarif normal pour une telle chambre. Chambre (521) très spacieuse de 55m² avec vue sur la Spree (pas idéale car bâtiment en retrait des deux autres), comprenant un lit king size, une baignoire, une douche, deux toilettes et une partie salon (avec piano). La chambre était très agréable mais nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas ai moins une bouteille d'eau et un snack dans le mini bar. Le petit-déjeuner (25€, était inclus dans notre offre) est très varié, avec de bons produits et une belle terrasse pour le manger quand il fait beau. Compter 10min à pieds jusqu'aux transports en commun. Ce fût un séjour très agréable, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir (si les offres restent aussi intéressantes).

IInvitéNous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en septembre 2021. Nous cherchions un hôtel proche de la ligne de départ du Marathon de Berlin. Du coup cet hôtel était idéalement placé. Propre, literie excellente. Café et thé dans la chambre. Rien à redire. Je recommande si vous courrez le marathon.

IInvitéThis Hilton is located right next to the Stadmitte Ubahn station which makes it very convenient. It is also within walking distance within a lot of attractions, there's plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and also a couple of supermarkets and shopping mall. The Mall of Berlin is within 15 mins walk as well. The only time we caught the train was to Alexander Platz and to the East Gallery (Berlin wall remnants) as it was raining. A 24hr Ubahn pass was only 9 Euros so was well worth it. Check-in was easy, our room was on the 8th floor which was great. They also had a great breakfast service in the morning with lots of varieties of food and drinks. This was a good standard for a Hilton and would highly recommend.

IInvitéC'est très bon si vous restez à Berlin pendant quelques jours. Il est bon que le transport public soit juste en dehors de l'auberge. Il est un peu loin de la capitale, vous devez obtenir quelques transports publics pour y arriver. Les lits sont agréables mais confortables. La télévision est en allemand, ce qui est attendu. Il n'y a pas de chambres avec douche ou toilette, donc vous devez marcher à la douche et à la toilette. Vous devez vous déposer séparément si vous avez besoin de serviettes et d'outils et pour laver et sécher vos vêtements. Le dépôt ne peut être fait que en espèces. Il n'y a pas de panneaux dans la chambre, mais les chambres ont un réfrigérateur et un verrouillage, ainsi qu'une table et des chaises. L'auberge est excellente pour dormir et ensuite quitter le lendemain pour faire des activités.
