Les chambres étaient propres, très confortables et le personnel était étonnant. Ils ont passé et en dehors pour aider à rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour tout le monde qui visite le centre-ville

Il n'y avait rien de tel que les photos. Le check-in était jusqu'à 20h00 selon Booking.com -, mais quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons dû appeler un numéro allemand, qui nous a dit quelles chambres nous pouvions utiliser. Comment est-ce étrange! Nous avons dû demander à certaines personnes qui snoopent autour de l'hôtel, pour obtenir Cette info. Les hommes « effrayants » étaient jeunes et partout entourés, fumant, assises leurs voitures. Pas très confortables. Ils ne parlaient pas allemand! L'ascenseur était hors d'ordre. Windows ne pouvait pas être fermé en raison de manque de manches. Il n'y a pas de place de parking, même si nous avons demandé un parking - je n'ai pas dormi toute la nuit, en raison de ces gens qui se sont embarqués autour de ma voiture quand je l'ai presque parqué sur l'herbe. Tout en tout une très mauvaise expérience d'hôtel, surtout quand je voyage avec des enfants. Je ne recommanderais jamais cet hôtel aux autres!! NON!!!!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, au même endroit que Hampton, très proche de la célèbre tour de télévision de Berlin et de l'Alexanderplatz, facile à trouver et à magasiner. Les équipements de la chambre sont bons et aérés, le petit déjeuner est correct et le service est bon. C'est juste qu'après le nettoyage des prochains jours, je ne donne pas de papier toilette et je dois le trouver moi-même LOL

L'auberge est situé juste à côté de la station de la U-Bahn et à proximité de Alexanderplatz, la position elle-même est très confortable, dans une zone vibrant avec beaucoup de places à manger. Les toilettes et les salles de bains étaient assez propres et bien entretenues. La chambre pour 6 personnes était très petite et très chaude quand les 6 ou même 5 personnes étaient présentes. Mais si vous avez ouvert la fenêtre, il est devenu super loud et même moins possible de dormir la chambre avait ses fenêtres juste au-dessus d'une rue assez occupée, et même la nuit il y avait un bruit constant de voiture, de la chasse, de la tramway passant et ainsi de suite. Vous pouvez l'entendre très haut du 2ème étage. Lorsque vous vous connectez, ils vous donnent également un bon pour une bière gratuite dans leur propre brasserie de basement. C'était cool, mais le verre d'échantillon est si petit, comme 100 ml? J'attendais qu'il serait une boisson de taille complète pour être honnête :) Pourtant, la brasserie est vraiment jolie.

Le réveillon du Nouvel An a passé trois nuits. L'environnement est bon, il y a une station de métro, très proche, à cinq minutes à pied. Et il y a des supermarchés, des bars et différents restaurants à proximité, ce qui est très pratique dans l'ensemble. Les installations de l'hôtel sont relativement récentes et la piscine est propre. Le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel est bon, buffet, de nombreux types et saumon frais à volonté. Mauvais service. La personne qui a nettoyé la chambre a glissé la carte pour ouvrir la porte quatre fois pendant les deux ou trois heures après 9 heures du matin pendant notre séjour dans la chambre. Il a été dit que s'il vous plaît revenez nettoyer dans l'après-midi. N'est-ce pas paresseux? L'hygiène, on ne peut que dire qu'elle est générale, pendant trois nuits consécutives, personne n'a changé les draps, et n'a pas demandé s'il fallait changer, mais a simplement plié la couette. Deux personnes séjournant, un seul gobelet à brosse à dents et un gobelet à eau. J'ai dû le dépenser une fois, le répéter pendant un moment et attendre une nuit sans succès.

I was on a family trip to Berlin from Denmark and we made the mistake and chose this hotel! It started when we arrived my wife wanted to use the toilet from the lobby and she couldn’t get out! We used almost and hour to get her out! They didn’t have the right people (the handymen) to get her out. After that we got our room and the room was fine. My wife wanted to give our 6 month baby a shower when she finished, the water was alll over the toilet and into our room. Because there was holes on the shower floor (pictures are down below) We then went down to the reception, and told them the situation. She said that the cleaning lady will come up and clean even though we told her that the shower floor had holes and that was the issue. The cleaning lady came up and cleaned and left and told us there was nothing wrong. We thought okay 👍🏻 A couple of hours my wife took a shower and again there was water all over the bathroom and out into our bedroom under the baby bed and under the refrigerator!!!!!!!! They didn’t care about the health which is the most important especially when you have a little baby!!! I went down again showed the lady from the reception the video so she could see that there was holes. She said she couldn’t do anything and the cleaning lady has left (the time was around 12:30 am at night) I got angry because it wasn’t healthy to sleep there and she just refused to help!!!! We stayed in the room and couldn’t sleep. The next day I went down to hear if there was anything new about our situation about the room, but no one knew anything about the situation, so then I should tell the whooole story again and again. The guest manager at the reception could see that there was a big problem after seeing the videos! She then offered us free breakfast for the three days we were staying there. We said ok to the offer but we wasn’t happy but we accepted it because we just wanted to enjoy our weekend vacation! And then we thought that everything was good ! But now it all started to go downhill again !!! The first day we went down to eat breakfast. The lady wouldn’t allow us in, because we wasn’t on the list. And then we should tell her the story for the 20th time ! She then let us in, and we were now so mad !!! We start to eat and another lady called rim ( blond curly hair) interrupted us and asked us if we ordered breakfast, and then we told her our situation again ( we were so mad because it was so unprofessional and none of the staff speaks together) Rim told us ok after told her the story ! The morning after it all happened again with a new employer ! Then we had enough and went straight to the reception and demanded to speak with the person who was I charge here in the hotel. A lady came and she said that she was the manager of the day! And we then explained the story agaain. She was so sorry and the woman from the morning before Rim came and also joins our conversation and both of them could see the issue and were so sorry. Ri

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Nous avons payé la taxe touristique et une chambre-clé pour notre chambre. Nous avons payé en ligne environ 80 Euro par nuit et nous avons une chambre avec trois lits à l'arrière. La chambre était propre et simple. Un bureau avec une télévision à écran large, une salle de douche avec WC et une lave-linge. La douche était bonne, mais nous n'aimions pas les curtains. L'eau serait chaude pendant environ cinq minutes mais elle ne nous dérange pas. La nettoyage quotidien avec de nouveaux serviettes et serviettes. Le matin vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner mais vous devez payer pour cela. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la Kurfurstenstrasse et de la Dame, à proximité de la métro et des bus.

Hôtel très froid, on dirait un hôpital, à la réception personne n'est accueillant, on a eu des problèmes de badges pour entrer dans les chambres mais aussi dans les ascenseurs ou les couloirs, je me suis retrouver bloqué entre 2 portes pendant 15minutes un matin, impossible de débloquer jusqu'à ce qu'un autre client passe pour m'ouvrir. A la réception, cela ne choque personne et pas d'excuse. Pendant ce séjour, la carte s'est bloquée 3 fois en 4 jours (sans mettre la carte avec des clés ou autre bien évidemment). Au petit déjeuner, impossible de mettre le dej sur la chambre, vous devez remonter dans cet hôtel immense pour récupérer une carte bleue et vous ne pouvez pas revenir par la suite payer c'est avant sans discussion, evidemment ce n'est expliqué nulle part. Autre point si vous commander un taxi, vous devez attendre dans le hall à l'etage que le taxi arrive car trop compliqué d'attendre devant, resultat le taxi est mecontent car on ne lui a pas dit et en plus vous avez déjà 10 euros au compteur. Ensuite 1er janvier le petit déjeuner (qui est exactement le même que les autres jours) augmente de 15%) sans vous prévenir et comme tout est fermé autour et bien vous n'avez pas le choix.

This hotel has had a revamp and is now called the Art Hotel, Park Plaza. There is another Park Plaza nearby…..we ended up there first! So don’t get confused!! Once you find this hotel….we arrived on the day of a national strike… it’s fab. Ignore the journey planner…. This hotel is a less than 10 min walk from the western end of the U1 line. The room we had was on 5th floor on a quite busy street, but it was so quiet we didn’t realise it until we looked out of the window the following morning. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, a great night sleep was had by us both. Shower was a big rainfall type with a smaller head shower head option if you wanted. Complimentary Elemis shower gel, hand wash, as well as body lotion. Breakfast was worth every penny as part of your B&B option. Otherwise it’s €18 for a full option or €5 for coffee and a croissant in the bar. Breakfast was fresh, pastries, cheese, meats, toast, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts; you could make your own fresh juice from fresh veggies & fruits. Coffee was excellent (I was told)…. I took my own teabags as I am very fussy, and made great tea. There is a spectacular hot water urn……that is very ornate and was awesome. Staff were multilingual and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very insightful about the local area, and the available public transport options. I would highly recommend this hotel which has pop art throughout. We are planning to head back to visit Berlin again and we will most certainly stay here again.
