Ambience is good but the rotis I got were of way too below quality. They were more like a papad instead of naan. A simple dhaba serves naan better than we got here. It is not like it is cheap they are fairly priced but is not anywhere near the price point. Will never recommend it to anyone.

Water leak in the room and toiletries item was not there foot mat also not in room. Restaurant service was good all over the experience was ok

Royal class hotel has a very good service system. Everything from food to stay to staff attitudes is first class. For anyone who is traveling to gwalior, this hotel is very much recommended. It is safe. It is also a hassle free stay far away from the city hussle bussle. For the staff and managers of royal class you have my immense gratitude. Thanks

I had a very excellent stay at this hotel. The ambience was superb, and the best part was the manners and behaviors of all the hotel employees. It’s hard to find such good people with pleasing personalities, even in posh hotels. Every employee here deserves immense appreciation. From room service to housekeeping, everything was done promptly. The location is safe and conveniently close to both the railway station and airport. The complimentary breakfast is amazing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting gwalior or nearby places. Thank you to the entire team!

Room was very neat and clean. Really enjoyed the stay with the family. Staff was polite and helpful. Room service was quick. Amardeep and Neelam from cloud9 were very hospitable. My parents loved the food from cloud9. They have inhouse laundry at a reasonable rate.

Day in The Royal classs Hotel at (Bandhan Hall) The Best Doctor and CA has join this event Our pride of honour Dr. Dhirendra singh chauhan has given Momentous and Awarded their best wishes to all of the Doctors & C.A participate in this event. The function was full of wonderable memories and had a memorable time with us our honorable Dr.Dhirendra has given a wonderful speech to destroy pulse polio after that they enjoyed refreshments and Buffet services we shall also very thanks full to 94.3 my fm Radio has taken care of all the events of Rotary club and also thanks full to Banquet manager Arpit singh At last We are very thankful to all of the members that they had join this events and our pride of honour Dr. Dhirendra singh chauhan has given a precious and valuable time.
