Avoid, avoid, avoid. The reception, bar and restaurants are lovely...as are the staff, but a lot of the hotel is in disrepair or neglected. Rubbish, glasses, cigarette butt's, face masks and clothing are strewn on pavements and at doorways around the hotel. This was never picked up, despite complaining. Unfortunately, one of the worst IHG's we've stayed in.

The room was very small and next the day room was not clean, no towels. toilet flashing was broken, breakfast was ready good and plenty to choose. I don’t no we going back again. They staff was very nice and friendly too.

Lovely hotel can't wait go back the stafff wete brilliant politr and the rooms we're lovely and clean and the outside ground s are immaculate and I really look forward to booking again which will be very soon

Stayed here for the first time ever will never make this mistake again usually stay at premier inns . I left my expensive jacket in the wardrobe when I checked out . When I got home I realised this phoned up the hotel I got fobbed off the only person in my room when I left was the house keeper maid and totally denied it . I know I left it there eventually I got a call from the hotel manager who was going to investigate the matter and ring me back this never happened and now I cannot get in touch it’s like they know my number and are not answering.when you stay away from home and live in hotels you need trust and I have no trust in the staff who work there or the management.
