Great experience Food was great. And service staff amazing I had to leave early due to an emergency at home and the staff were helpful in making accommodation

Definitely a pleasant stay! Breakfast and dinner was great too! Staff were friendly and helpful too! It is also near one of the scenic spot - Shirahige Waterfall about 4min walking distance which definitely worth visiting.

One of the best onsen I must say. It’s very very near Shirahige Falls about 5 minutes walk in thick snow. But there aren’t any convenient shops or restaurants within reach. I guess you’ll need to drive. Limited public bus to reach the resort and it costs 660 yen. If you missed then you’ll need to get a taxi which cost about 8000 yen. We took the day trip around Biei which cost about 5500 per person to 8 locations around Biei and the last location you guess it right, it’s Shirahige fall. The tour bus driver very kind to drop us at the onsen resort They served the best saisaki and breakfast. Be sure to get your stomach empty before you reach the premise for the dinner.

Great small scale onset hotel

The hotel staff are polite, the food is excellent, and the environment is good . It would be best if you can stay for a few days.

This stay has been the most amazing experience. The rooms with private Onsen bath were spacious and very tastefully decorated. And the dinner was the best we had in Japan so far, Michelin star quality. Expensive but absolutely worth it!

Beautiful place to stay :) Loved most of features!! As this ryokan is located near to sirogane falls(3mins walk) and blue pond(4mins drive), you have to make the most out of it! Please visit Blue pond in night time, you will see the best night lighting show !!

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Otaru attractions. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful with our queries regarding parking and the eateries around the hotel. Strongly recommended.

服務態度非常好，由你進入停車場一刻已經感受到。 酒店內有頗多樓梯，他們協助將行李搬到房間，甚至在退房時搬到接待處。真是照顧周到。

酒店尚算舒適，為服務不足，未能滿晒足改餐單要求，安排混亂，一時或不能改，一時又可以改⋯⋯

沒電梯。純靠人力，行李箱重的讓我有點不好意思，老闆用心在搞經營的，環境很不錯度週末的人非常多，我們那天爆滿了。可惜急匆匆走了，下回有機會還是想再去的。這個温泉是個好温泉

완전 좋았어요 도착하자마자 짐도다들어주시고 대접받은 느낌이 좋았고 대욕장도 물도너무좋고 만족스러웠어요 가이세키도 호불호갈린다고 해서 걱정했는데 진짜 괜찮았어요!! 조식도훌륭하고 가성비너무 만족스러워서 또가고싶어요!!
