Hotel just right in Biei town area and although is a very small town but is very good & convenient location (Just next to Biei train station 🚉 & Michi-no-Eki) Parking 🅿️is free although walk in dark quiet night but is safe. (Just 5min walk from parking 🅿️ to hotel lobby) Room is very spacious & comfortable. when booking with trip.com we requested 2 pillow each bed but they was forgotten So we have to request from front desk the staff immediately give us another extra pillow. The staff was very polite & nice. And it was so warm to me as I was mistaken book a smoking room but did request for balcony Mountain View, luckily they email me & remind on which my room type so immediately we can respond don’t mind to pay extra money for nonsmoking & balcony room But they free to change our room without any extra cost. The buffet breakfast is very delicious 😋 Hotel got electric bicycle 🚲 just pay 600yen/hr Is very enjoyable cycling 🚴♀️ around hotel nearby We will definitely come back & stay this 👍🏻 hotel

Really great experience! Breakfast have lots of choice of local food. Welcoming snacks included. Close to the Biei station and Bus station to blue pond with just within 5 mins walk. Connect to a souvenir shop with delicious curry bread! Have free photo printing service all by yourself but please refrain from abusing. I hope this service could keep along!

Simple hotel with a hearty warm breakfast. Clean room with amble space to open 2 luggages. Bath tub shower temperature n pressure is the easiest to operate so far.

Room was big and the staff were very helpful. She helped our mother with checking into the room while we are out, and the hotel is located very hear the train station. 

It was a little rundown but the room was really spacious and clean. It was a bit hard to communicate with some staff that didn't speak english but other ladies spoke very good English which was helpful. There is a souvenir shop in the hotel which serves some food too. The hotel is just a short walk from the station, and close to some restaurants and cafes.

Very good hotel, very good service, very delicious breakfast & the hotel is close to every place. I really like this hotel & it is very clean.

It’s located near to the JR station. If you are travelling by JR it would be a good choice. The food was almost run out when we took it at around 8:15. The time for breakfast was from 7 to 9 whereas the checkout time was 10. It would be better if the breakfast time can be extended to at least 9:30.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice gem in a quaint town 

This is a bit aged hotel but I just like it's nostalgia feel of the building, it's layout and very quiet environment make it feel so relaxing for holiday stay. Hotel serve a simple breakfast and free parking beside it, I guess due to the number of traveller and also hotel stuff hence hotel main door will be locked mid night but that bo problem to us at all as nothing much to do really surrounding the area at night. All good and I will consider come back again if got chance in future.

Simple nice hotel to stay over. Decent breakfast served too.
