The Creek Boutique Resort & Spa

We had a very enjoyable stay at this well maintained property. The staffs were courteous and very helpful. The restaurant was well stocked and served beautiful delicacies…a special mention for “Mihidana cassata”. The resort was well equipped with the pool (my young daughter had enjoyed her moments at the baby pool), spa, a nice games room and the gym….all in very good shapes. A nice stay…highly recommended!

Firstly a big NO to this hotel. The customer service from the restaurant staff is pathetic which cannot be defined. The restaurant staff are ill-behaved and have zero courtesy towards customers. We complained about one restaurant staff about misbehavior and to our surprise the entire restaurant staff started misbehaving with us. So much so that the food prepared prepared by the cook on that particular day of complain was so bad which cannot be defined in words. The hotel is a below average hotel and not at all worth the price that they charge. People who have not visited a decent hotel may like it the first time, however for regular travellers and for people who have stayed in excellent hotels around the world will understand what i mean. We had worst experience in the hotel and surprisingly none of the staff or ***agement apologized for their restaurant staff behavior. A BIG NO FOR ANYONE WHO WISHES TO HAVE A DECENT STAY IN SHANTINIKETAN. There are better places. We will never stay in this hotel and would recommend our near and dear ones to completely avoid this hotel in shantiniketan.

Pleasant stay , good fresh food and polite service overall, their menu offers a variety of cusine must try , from soups to tandoor and chinese ***** with their morning buffet which is simple yet fulfilling. The hotel can include buffet for lunch as well as dinner for those who would like to have, Bengali thali could also be a part of the bangaliana section.

The hotel is very good in everything except the ***ager behaviour. We stayed in this hotel twice and last time the way the ***ager behaved with us was absolutely not acceptable and highly annoying for us. What was our fault - we complained about something when we saw few tourists are violating the rules that are to be followed in swimming pool. We saw a family not wearing swimming costume comfortably playing with their kid in the pool. This is something strictly prohibited in any hotel. We saw this and complained about this. Not only this, we also saw the baby while playing in the pool, threw up in the pool itself. Even after repeated complain, the ***ager rebuked us and ill behaved with us. We were completely shocked on this.

We actually stayed at the Resort in May 22 & found it to be very good and hence when we had booked 2 rooms there for Sep 21st & 22nd almost 2 months back. Today we received a call asking us to cancel the booking reasons for which as said on call was as below: 1. Whole hotel is booked for marriage & hence only our 2 rooms were isolated from other guests so service levels will be bad 2. We have not made Advance payment- it’s a complete shocker as last time also we paid at the property only and in fact during the call we also said we can make the payment straight away but cancellation was only insisted. 3. They found it very strange that we are not understanding the issue & should immediately cancel. “ What’s the big deal in it” was also said during the call! We feel this was terribly handled by the Hotel, the communication could have been better. Most importantly there was not a single APOLOGY and it seemed it was a birth right for them to treat guests like this. There was no remorse in the voice of the person who spoke!! All in all terrible experience in today’s world of services where any good service provider goes the extra mile to make customer happy here it was just the opposite. We will definitely never ever visit this place. Thought of putting this up here as one can decide & book such a place wherein a “Confirmed Booking” can be turned down at the last minute and one will not even apologize for the same!!

Excellent service level by whole staff of Front Office /Restaurant/Cleaning all are very nice , they are really working hard to make you comfortable I would like to thank them for taking such a good care of me Special Thanks to 1. Mr. Jayanta the Hotel General ***ager was very welcoming and very helpful always makes me feel special when i stayed there also suggested good places to visit and he gave us great tips about Shanti Niketan about the local food and markets we should visit !!!1 Great hospitality i receive great help from him also great trea**ent under his ***agement !!!!.. 10 stars service !!! 2. All the staff from Housekeeping / Restaurant staff and service staff was all very co operative for every needs 3. The Restaurant ***ager sorry i missed his name the service was great he always took good care of my family during the Breakfast Lunch N Dinner time also suggest great food variety for all of us !!! I would like to Rate this hotel very highly ... Thanks to all the above mentioned names for making my stay so comfortable and making me feel at home !!!!!! All Great !!!! Please keep it up !!!! A beautiful hotel in mid of Shantiniketan with excellent room ,ambience ,staff & good food. I travelled with parents and booked a suite cottage which had good rooms with tv . Only issue was often power outage due to which the washroom was going completely dark and there was no back up . Hotel is v near to sonajhuri market . The food is v good too . The staff was helpful & amicable . We had a good time .

Everything is very good ,rooms, food , big size laun , ambience. This is a new property .But the price is bit high as per the location as Shantiniketan should not be is not costlier as per the tarrif of the Resort .Food is very tasty .They organise a baaul singer program at the time of my visit from 26th to 28th december .

Heavenly and relaxing. My visited with her friends and stayed for 2 nights at The Creek right after our celebration of 30 years of marriage. Upon returning she was breathless in describing her wonderful stay here and the hospitality they received. Upon her insistence I am looking forward to our revisit in January 2024 and hope to have a similar experience.
