C’est un hôtel low-cost, pas de service. Chambre spacieuse mais salle de bain minimaliste, prévoir produits de douche et shampoing.

Very good location near Grand Central & Bullring, toke 7mins to walk from Train station to hotel. Family room with 1 king sized bed and 2 single beds. Free English-style breakfast provided from 7-10 am

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but had dust in certain parts of the lighting and table. The bathroom didn’t smell to good when we got there. There wasn’t much soap to wash your hands. Unfortunately at night time the people next door were loud and at times the door was shutting it would wake you up. The tv remote wasn’t working properly.

In general, this hotel was worth booking. The staffs there were very kind and helpful. The foods served in breakfast were so far so good. The family room was tidy but could be a much better for the general hygiene condition.
In view of the price for the room, it worth for a family to have a short stay in here

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, I was expecting a budget experience but had a wonderful stay. Room was clean and modern, no banging doors so had a lovely night sleep in comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was excellent for £8.99 and my daughter ate for free. The hotel itself is in a perfect spot for Birmingham Hippodrome, chinese quarter, nightlife and Bullring. Would highly recommend.
