Premier Inn Birmingham (Great Barr/M6 J7)

Very nice welcome and introduction from Urshka (sorry for the bad spelling). The bed was nice, Urshka made us laugh and was great entertainment. Breakfast was great and the whole experience makes us want to come back. Highly recommend staying here as it is very close to the motorway.

Great hotel stay. Urska was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy with the famous comfortable beds. With a busy schedule I was late to leave this review for her, but I will be back because of the great experience she provided. Thank you Urska :)

Friendly welcoming receptionist. Clean well equipped rooms. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with all-in price, with very attentive waitress. Different, but equally friendly Receptionist called Lisa, had chat with us as we were about to depart. We have grand-daughter living nearby and will use this hotel again when next we visit from East Yorkshire.

We had a one night stay in this hotel. It was lovely and clean with very welcoming staff especially Lisa on reception. The inn is located next to a Harvester pub, which does serve food however, we booked a table for breakfast on the Sunday morning for 9am. We walked over the car park just about 8.55 am to find the doors locked. Eventually, someone appeared and informed us that they don't open till bang on 9, this is fair enough but he was still fastening his shirt, this put us off as there quite clearly wouldn't have been any food ready to go. Never fear though the lovely Lisa on reception came to our rescue. This premiere inn has a small but beautifully maintained dining area and yes their breakfast is slightly more expensive than the Harvester, there are no extra costs for tea/coffee etc as apparently apply next door in the pub We shall definitely be using this hotel again.

Staff very friendly , nothing too much trouble , breakfast excellent cooked to order . location just off motorway easy to find.

We stayed overnight, the rooms were clean, the staff were efficient and friendly, special thanks to Lisa who preempted our requests and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was good value for money. Good location, just off the M6, we would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel - straightforward to get to and good links into Wolverhampton - users are best port of call. No road noise during the night! Staff went above and beyond - special mention to the Manager Lisa and the Chefs in the restaurant. Food was great - couldn't fault it 10/10 would stay again!

Very clean , helpful staff , especially Amie , enjoyed our stay .will stay there again when visiting the area .great central location . Right next to an excellent Curry house . Next to Harvester pup so no need to drive anywhere . Bed was nice and clean

Had a great time staying at the hotel and Lisa was really helpful and friendly. She and the breakfast team made our stay great. Will definitely stay again! Clean rooms and easy to find. Great kitchen staff made us a perfect breakfast. Highly recommend.
