美到窒息 非常喜歡 推薦去住
既有風格又簡約舒適 洗澡間動線設計很好
小鎮也很好逛 白天熱鬧 夜晚寧靜
衹是平日跟週末差價有一倍之多 小鎮有很多餐廳 推薦出去吃 酒店早餐非常簡單 環境很好就是 我覺得ok

The glow has definitely gone from this place. Either it has changed hands or the owners couldn't keep up the original service levels. No breakfast service (despite being listed in the visitor's guide), no housekeeping during a stay and short office hours for reception. We used to love coming here but may now have to reconsider our options. PS: there was no plug for the bathroom sink, and the driveway in/out needs work - someone's going to damage their car one day.

Stayed two nights, mid week, in a loft room. Check-in was friendly and efficient and all information relating to room location and on site restaurant given. Was very impressed with room, for a loft it was very spacious, very clean and well furnished. As there appeared to be very few people staying during my visit it was super quiet and relaxing. Housekeeping was excellent, cannot fault this place and would have no hesitation staying here again.

Went to book an impromptu getaway treat for my family and also wanting to tentatively look at venues for our planned wedding next year.Hurriedly booked on their website for the next day but their calendar led me to book mistakenly for that same day 2 weeks in advance and I wasn’t paying the best attention.When I went to check in the next day with my family they pointed out my failure,to my horror and were not able to give us a room for that day- 2 weeks early as we were.$$$ I had to find us alternate accommodation after already paying a hefty sum. Even though I was fully aware of the no refund policy I thought they would quite likely give us at least some kind of refund. The booking was for a Monday - Tuesday and still 2 weeks in advance. And an honest mistake was made. NO WAY Buddy-suck it up, we’ve got your money now and we are keeping it, kind of attitude. Just to say - think carefully about giving them your credit card details. It’s a strange way to run a service based business I feel. Couldn’t imagine something complicated like a wedding running smoothly at this venue.

The venue is magnificent. The food is outstanding. The rooms/cottages are beautiful . Lastly but most importantly is that the staff are the most accommodating and welcoming staff I have experienced in years.

We booked the Gourmet Getaway package on the day and luckily got the last room - loft room. The loft had a private entrance and balcony and was well secured and had a great fire-place, perfect for couples! Pramuk was welcoming with wonderful Japanese greetings and was very kind and friendly. Three course dinner at the Wintergarden was fantastic with great service. Breakfast at parklands was warm and delicious.

This hotel is set in the most amazing grounds. The room was lovely. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy. The reception staff were so helpful and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back.
