Stayed on the 1st of June and had a lovely stay. Warm and welcoming beautifully decorated and very clean also smelt amazing. Owners very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had every we needed. The room was gorgeous and spotless will be 1000% staying again. Kelly and Paul

What a fabulous place this is absolute credit to billy the proprietor we had the pleasure of staying in room 8 over the weekend for my partners birthday the Room was spotless the decor is second to none billy also went above and beyond to trim the room up with balloons and a bottle of champagne at my request lots of other complimentary touches in the room, the bar and social area is also amazing billy is very attentive and can’t do enough for his customers we highly recommend this great little gem Thank you billy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel, high standards and spotlessly clean. Good quality toiletries, hot drinks tray, towels and bedding.The owner Billy is a lovely guy and pulls out all the stops to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. You will not be diagnosed. Highly Recommended.

Everything about this hotel has a touch of luxury. Newly renovated to a high standard with really classy decor. So fresh! The owner was friendly and helpful, had a lovely chat whilst having a drink in the bar. We had the twin room and the beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided in the room from tea and coffee and biscuits to shower gels and lotions, tissues and other things you may forget. We even came home from our evening out to find the sheets had been turned down, a lovely touch. We wouldn't stay anywhere else now we have found this gem.

Beautiful clean, stylish hotel. Comfy bed fully stocked bar and of course Billy is so amazing and friendly we’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much ☺️

Billy is so lovely and friendly and the room are so clean and I highly recommend staying here beautifully done. On the beds are comfortable and the showers are beautiful as well yeah there you go

This hotel is a little gem and we had a lovely stay here. The owner, Billy was so nice, friendly and helpful on our arrival it made our stay even better. The room was lovely and the bed super comfy. Will definitely look to book again the next time we visit Blackpool!

Cannot praise Billy and his Hotel enough. The hotel was immaculate & clean and a lovely place to stay. The decor was very tasteful and modern. My bedroom and bathroom were so nice, the bed was comfy and the tea/coffee station was well stocked with a good selection. The service received at the hotel over the weekend was top class and Billy is such a lovely person and an attentive host. I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Neon and will definitely go back again.

Stayed at hotel neon with a mate for one night twin room excellent spotless clean very modern and fresh looking hotel the host Billy was very welcoming on arrival very accommodating and friendly nothing was a problem ,definitely would recommend 10 /10 and will definitely stay hear again great location to bars n clubs
