Great value. Spotless clean, very kind and helpful staff. Perfect location, 2 min walk from the train station, the beach, nightclubs (particularly those lgbt spots), 5 min walk to the Blackpool Tower. Coffee/tea making facilities, also toiletries provided. 👌

3rd time stopping here. Must say it's one of the best hotels in Blackpool. Massive bedroom with a king size need. I mini fridge which comes in very handy. A dressing table which becomes a make up table for the other half. A full size wardrobe with sliding mirror door. The bathroom is massive I full size shower with a great head that delivers a lot of water pressure. A deep fitted bath with great bubbles bath oils and salt crystals. We will be stopping here again and again

This hotel was a great find. Really central location (especially for the bars), with a very nice, modern, clean vibe at an excellent price. Room was large and the bathroom was absolutely spotless...always a great sign. Bed and pillows were really comfortable and tea, coffee, hot cholcolate and biscuits were amply supplied. I would highly recommend, and this will be my go to choice whenever I am in Blackpool from now on. I have had some horror stories recently that were double the price and not a tenth as nice. Manager was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great visit. See you again soon.

Out of all the hotels there are to book in Blackpool it can be overwhelming however I’m glad I found this little gem! Arrived around 7pm and was quickly served by a lovely lady. Our room was allocated very conveniently at the top of the stairs (room 1) I highly recommend it. It was stunning!! Sooooo much space, it was crazy and the bath is huge with a separate bath and shower! Could have done with a few more towels but not the end of the world! Comfy bed and full length mirror on the wardrobe! Tea and coffee facilities and even a little mini fridge. We couldn’t complain at all and will definitely be back! If I had one complaint It’s only that when someone rings the bell to get in you can hear it but that is literally my only issue! I also work hotels so do think it’s made me fussier but I had no issues what so ever!

Great hotel. Lovely and clean. Well kept. Was able to check in early without any bother. Lady (manager), really lovely, approachable and helpful. Ideal location. Bed was comfy. Bathroom spotless. No noise from any neighbours. Would stay again.

Very easy to book. Didn't take any money before arrival. Very polite, and helpful gent. Room was very clean, and modern. Tea/coffee provided. Well lit, and very comfortable. Good security/cctv. Short walk into town. Booked again for March 2022.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, Dickson Rd near Funny girls and Ma Kelly’s Station. Exceptionally clean hotel and beautifully decorated throughout. Very welcoming staff. Beautiful room (Room 1) Decorated in Grey and White which is very stunning, Complete with King size bed, (Which is why we booked this particular hotel) 55inch flat screen TV with Netflix built in and BT TV. Mini fridge, HUGE bathroom with Bath and separate shower, Great mirrors and lighting for applying make up and the best bit it’s very cool with great big windows which open wide (great for us menopausal women) with beautiful blinds! This is an absolute definite new hotel for me and my hubby…

i visited this place in July 2022 i had a really bad experience at this place i booked in for a week when i got there the place was a dumpi didnt stay a night but the owner ripped me off for £259 dump

Room was disgusting absolutely filthy very very basic Not cleaned prior to arrival Dust everywhere Ceiling stained TV did not work Shower was not working Tried to call hosts Saturday afternoon and evening as they were never on site did not answer the phone Would not pay to stay at this place States it has been refurbished only thing that looks to me that has been replaced is the caper on the stairs
