I chose Arlingtons because it's so close to the Winter Gardens (it's literally a minute's walk away). I have no complaints at all - Nice big room, comfy bed, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay and I'll be coming back next year. Highly recommended

A warm welcome when I arrived at the hotel was a great start. The room was very comfortable - the bed almost too comfortable! - and the buffet breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The hotel is located a couple of hundred yards (at most) from the Conference Centre entrance to the Winter Gardens, which was perfect for me.

Great location reasonable parking breakfast great . Room very comfy plenty hot water . Great hosts . Comfy beds . Good heating clean very well maintained very warm friendly welcome x

Room no 4 lovely large two rooms with double bay windows aspect family for four people with double bed two toilets, one with shower. Plentiful tea and coffee. Very welcoming and friendly owners.

Another great visit to Arlingtons. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable bed and the freshly cooked breakfast is delicious. The owners are always extremely helpful and go out of their way to make our stay a 5 Star experience. We shall be returning! By the way... one of the best B&B's in Blackpool!

Another great long weekend staying at the Arlington for the Rebellion Festival. It is very close to the Winter Gardens, sea front and Hounds Hill Shopping Centre. Richard and Graham can’t do enough for you. Rooms very clean and comfy. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that even though it smelt good.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The help yourself breakfasts are great. The rooms are clean. Location is perfect for the Winter Gardens and is only five minutes walk from the sea front. We have stayed several times and would definitely recommend staying there.

Lovely friendly people and a spotlessly clean room. My fourth visit and have rebooked for next year as it is perfect for my annual visit to rebellion festival . Very convenient for the winter gardens and central Blackpool. I’ve stayed in several B&Bs near by and this is as good as it’s got.

Friendly service and a nice welcome and remembered from first time. Bed was comfy. Shower was lovely. I slept well. Didn't have breakfast. Slept through that lol. It was good to chat to them both again and see Blackpool. Near the sites. Very good.

This is my third year as a guest and I have felt very comfortable in all the rooms I have stayed in so far. Graham and Richard are very caring and considerate of individual requests. I have already booked again for next year. Leopold Grove is within walking distance of Winter Gardens and Houndshill Shopping Centre.

A great friendly hotel from first check in,stop there most years for a conference,room,I stop in a single room which is adequate for me,the bed and pillows are always good,the toilet and shower serve my needs and the breakfast is always good bacon,sausage etc.

Hotel is approx 10 - 15 mins stroll from Blackpool North Railway Station. One host was there to welcome me & help with my luggage as soon as I got to the door. My room was on the third floor but if you need a room on a lower floor, please state this when booking. They offer breakfast. Stairs and corridors were spotless. Room was always warm, bathroom was clean, shower was as hot as you want it and location was on the same road as the Winter Gardens. Hosts were fantastic.

I really can't say anything more about this business other than Richard and Graham are first rate hotel owners and the hospitality is excellent. Good banter and great food even the Mrs popped up for the stay over and to see them made her day thanks for everything chaps. Christian

This is the second stay we've had at Arlingtons. The owners, Graham and Richard, couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable and easy. They are the most friendliest we have had the pleasure of meeting, during our years of going to Blackpool. Breakfast was provided for us earlier due to dance competitions starting early, which proved no trouble at all. We were offered to collect our bags a little later than usual due to the time we were going to be leaving the Winter gardens. The rooms we had were warm and comfortable and were very clean, any teas or coffee and towels that were used were replenished. This little nook of a hotel was close to all amenities such as Blackpool tower, Winter gardens etc. A public car park is also situated within walking distance. Although I would highly suggest booking directly with the hotel due to a saving for yourself. Our experiences with Arlingtons has been great and we would definitely be staying again.
