Lovely comfy bed, spotless room, delicious breakfast barm. The hosts Malc and Mandy are absolutely brilliant. They made us so welcome. It is just around the corner from the winter gardens, and a couple of mins walk to the promenade I 100% recommend staying here .

Lovely warm friendly welcome from hosts and dog too.Very clean and comfortable double room with basin. Great value for money. Great location for access to Winter Gardens. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Spent a couple of days over pride weekend. Friendly run ,very clean, comfortable bed nice big shower room .breakfast is very nice all in all. I will definitely book again .nice to see people who take pride in their work rarely seen these days.

What a lovely place. Mal and Mandy were absolutely lovely. Our room was spotless and had everything that we needed for our weekend stay. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. Was so nice we have even booked to return in October.

Wow The best hotel we have stayed in this is our 3rd stay and Malc and Mandy have just shown yet again how caring they really are Our cat broke down they let us stay till we could make arrangements to go home Nothing is too much trouble Clean bedrooms Could still smell the bleach in the bathroom 2 days into our stay as was so spotless Left feeling a part of their family and can't wait to come back and visit again

Very basic. No sitting area or bar available, key for every door you go through and the man watches your every move. It was fit for purpose would I go back absolutely not. However the man was ok considering he watched your every move. But was very creepy

Loved our stay. The hosts were great, room spotless and they do great bacon butties. Car parking is literally across the road and the location is excellent for key parts of Blackpool. Always nice to have friendly dogs to stroke. Highly recommend

Wonderful place in a great location, close to the town centre with wonderful owner's who can't do enough for you. The ensuite room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bacon buttie in the morning was spot on. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience, we were made to feel so welcome and treated like family, Nothing was too much! The property is very clean and well presented and in a Superb location. Breakfast batches available and well worth paying for!!! Thanks for a great weekend, we will definitely be back!!

We have stayed here on many occasions over the past 4 years and have brought different groups of friends , many of whom have returned again with family. It’s always like returning home when we visit. Lovely hosts, 2 adorable small dogs who the hosts always ask customers if they are ok with when checking in. Cozy bar area and a well stocked bar. Bedrooms as well as the whole B & B is immaculately clean, complimentary refreshments tray provided in the bedroom. Room only but offer a great value breakfast butty and a drink in the morning. Thank you Mandy and Malc will see you on our next visit in December!

Wouldn't stay anywere else in blackpool malc and mandy are so welcoming felt more like home! the dogs are a added bonus too! Rooms are cleaned to a high standered and they are brilliant with the kids amd mine are wild so helpful with getting bags to room and getting pram in and out

Had the best time here, Mandy and Malc are very welcoming, you leave feeling like family, I have a 12 year old and a 2 year old they was very understanding for the tbe demands of my 2 year old, nothing was ever too much for them,full of helpful Information, I will be defo coming again thank you and give mylo and candy cuddles from us

Excellent accommodation, Mandy and Malc top host's, couldn't do enough for us. Any extra needs or requests if possible done without hesitation, felt more like family than paying guests. Highly recommended. Will definitely be stopping again.

Stayed at the clevedon for our stay for the winter Gardens northern soul weekend mandy and malcolm were lovely host and made us very welcome very clean and comfortable room would definitely stay again 😊
