The Royal Boston Hotel

We stay at this hotel every time we come to blackpool friendly staff good breakfast great service Sophie n anthea the general managers and there team are great nothing is too much trouble The entertainment are also brilliant headed by Paul mac and Caine ward plus guest acts and shows each team def recommend the all inclusive is from 1 pm till 10 lot of customers saying wish it was 11/11 and pay bit extra but it suits so ok give it a go linda Belfast

Never had a dinner meal menu that has to be chosen during breakfast and only 3 main meal options and all meals were like kids meals.No way was this a £30 extra as advertised and wouldn't pay £10 for the poor choices on display.All inclusive is not worth it as no lunch was included any day and bar was from 1pm and finished at 10pm unlike most hotels which are 11 till 11pm.All inclusive also provided free bingo tickets where up to £100 could be won which was a joke as £15 was paid out in total first night and excuse was too many free tickets and nobody paying but surely this had been paid for on the all inclusive so the hotel was greedy and pocketed most of the money.Entertainment each night was good but overall we will not go back again as the place seems to be going downhill as speaking to several guests who all say the same.Probably being run into the ground before selling up.

Everything was great about the hotel staff the lot although I have been several times to the Boston hotel this is the first time time the meals were not great I was disappointed.Im booked to go again but I can’t get my money back or I would cancel 😔😔

Five Star Hotel. Management and staff can't do enough for you. They all work together as part of a team. Very clean and tidy in all areas of hotel. Excellent meals and fantastic entertainment. Have booked again to go in October. Fantastic Blackpool Promotions Hotel.

cant fault the hotel at all stayed here mid May an as a group of 6 everyone really enjoyed it. the room was good and bed comfy the food was good ( we only had breakfast) and the restaurant staff were all pretty attentive. Evening entertainment was very good equally was the bar service so all in all a great stay. Only slight downside i would say but its nothing really is that the night porter is pretty rude and unapproachable.

We paid a bit extra for a Seaview, we got a beautiful room with walk-in shower. The food was really good,loved my full breakfast. Entertainment at night was cruise ship quality. Only gripe was the uncomfortable chairs in the ballroom. There was a few comfy chairs but they were bagged very quickly by a group. The Staff were fantastic and we got a surprise when we saw Colin Head of Housekeeping, he came over and spoke to us , we had met him several years ago, lovely young man. All in all super break which we both enjoyed, hopefully we will come back. Carolyn Marshall x

We have stayed at The Royal Boston several times and have always enjoyed it. We went on the special deal weekend and added evening meal which was excellent value for money. SoeviThe food was good and the entertainment was excellent. Cleggy the compare/host was very good

Have stay many times at the Royal Boston Hotel But this time was not enjoyable . the cons . Smell of unrine when entering the bedroom , black mould in shower cubicle . Old milk pods left down the side of dresser. The room had been empty for 2 days before we arrived . Reported the smell to housekeeper & reception someone came in to put toilet cleaner in the wc .to get the smell away we keeped the window open & brought a airfreshen. The music was so loud it kept me awake at night The pos . Food was good, the team of waiters/ waitresses are hard workers . More detailed cleaning needs to be done by housekeepers

We couldn’t sleep due to the noise of the entertainment till after 12 ,at no time were we advised we would be right above it,then in the morning when we went down for breakfast,we sat for 20 mins to wait for service to no avail ,couldn’t even attract the attention of the servers,we advised the receptionist of this on our departure from the hotel,but she wasn’t interested. We then went and paid for breakfast elsewhere,we have sent 3 emails to them,but no acknowledgment or anything,definitely will not be back !!
