The Sefton Blackpool

Great hotel. Room was very clean, we booked a deluxe room so had a separate sitting area with tv and wardrobe. Andy is an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Will definitely book and stay again.

We had an amazing stay at the Sefton. It is immaculately clean, spacious rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. Andy is a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We have already booked to return at Easter.

Lovely weekend away, it was busy due to the illuminations switch on and Bus Driver of the year competition, managed to book in, slightly more expensive than some hotels but worth the extra. Booking was easy, kept in touch before arrival and parking is on street but it was a busy weekend. Lovely welcome from Andy, he helped us with our (my bags) to the room which had a sea view from two clean and comfortable chairs. An information book was provided with the wi-fi password and there were tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries supplied and towels in a clean bathroom. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with clean bedding and pillows. There was a small area for hanging clothes and two bedside drawers for extra storage. Lovely dressing table Breakfast was from 8.30am, full english cooked to order, so arrived hot, nicely presented and lovely tea, thanks :-) The seafront is just five minutes walk away and not too far away from all the attractions, you could walk or catch the nearby tram Welcome 10/10 Decor - 10/10 Cleanliness - 10/10 Bed & bedding - 10/10 Food - 10/10 - Would you stay here again? - Yes

We have visited the Sefton before under previous ownership. So you are always a bit wary when someone else takes over. Andy who is now in charge sent a text message saying our rooms were ready early. Parking is street, but usually spaces no problem. There is a nice lounge area with TV. Breakfast room is modern. It is served from 8:30 but Andy is flexible with the times. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. There are large rooms with seating areas. The usual hospitality trays. Thankyou.

We stayed here for a week, we had a suite which made it more comfortable. The bathroom is small but normal for blackpool, and the room would be a bit cramped if you didn't pick the suite option. Exceptionally clean, great value with friendly hosts, this is a great option if you want to visit blackpool, close enough yet distant enough from the noise and hustle and bustle.

A clean, comfortable room with lounge and en-suite bathroom. Half hour walk or easy tram ride down seafront to town centre. Street parking east to find. What makes the difference between this and many others in area, as other reviews attest, is the friendly and helpful manager, Andy. Very responsive in communications, helped with luggage on the stairs and stored our bikes for us.

Had an absolutely fab night at the Sefton. The rooms are gorgeous, immaculate, spotlessly clean and all at a great price. Andy the new owner was so friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We are definitely returning.

Stayed here 5th till 8th May. New owner Andy had just recently taken over the month before. Had a wonderful stay, hotel spotless and very quiet. Beds so comfortable. Andy very nicely researched how much the tram would be for us during our stay off his own back which was a lovely touch as we didn't ask him to. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay. It is past the north pier so away from the busy parts of Blackpool. Tram and bus stops a few minutes walk away so easily enough to travel to centre of Blackpool.

The welcome we got was so nice, The Room had very comfy beds, very clean. It was such a peaceful place and nothing was too much bother for the manager Andy We didnt ask him but off his own back he got us times for the trams,, he was very accomodating and always had a smile for us.It was very good value for money. The hotel so near to the beach and walking distance was great to get local shops and great restaurant and breakfast just over the road from it. Just a home from home.
