Property very poor, needs a good amount of revamping to attract me back. Visibly dirty hall and stairs carpets, Room very grubby, cheap beds, broken base in one of our rooms, Grubby bathroom, visible grime and black mould/mildew round shower, under bed filthy with old chewed sweets and rubbish, quite clearly bed not moved to clean between guests, Room door very hard to open, we were informed on arrival that we had to pay cash, which was very inconvenient, Free toiletries advertised consisted of a bottle of hand wash and what we gathered was a well known man’s shower gel, decanted into a reusable pump, not individual, in a climate of infection control not the most hygienic. If I could say anything positive the staff were polite and friendly and the location is a very short walk to the sea front.
