Sunbird Mount Soche

The service is good,healthy and fast the management is helpful in every way and I loved the waffles with syrup and I think in my opinion it should have a brunch option for those who want food between lunch and breakfast, either way the service is good and helpful.

Appreciated the lady who checked me in, very radiant and professional and recognised me whenever I passed by, that felt special, improve on the network you can do better. a place to stay when you're in Blantyre

I enjoyed the excellent service and the magnificent beaches at Livingstonia beach. I enjoyed my time at Livingstonia beach, the food was cooked to perfection always. I will surely visit again ! The morning walks along the soft beach were soothing

I don’t know how but Sunbird hospitality is top notch…I wonder where they train their staff, I enjoyed my 4 day trip…talk of cleanliness, hood food and excellent customer service, I will never forget the coffee I enjoyed in Pablos bar, keep up the good work Sunbird Mount Soche, I highly recommend this place🤩

I had high expectations for my stay at the Sunbird Mount Soche as I was in Blantyre tending to business with several different universities. I travel a lot - more than 9 months per year I am in hotels around the world. The Sunbird came highly recommended by some local friends, so I booked and stayed 4 nights there recently. The room was just OK. What people say about the internet being terrible is true. It was up and down a lot and I found myself instead buying Airtel bundles and using my hotspot to connect, which of course cost me more money. The food was also just OK, not much variety. The staff was wonderful in every sense, and we appreciated having access to one of the conference rooms for a late night meeting with my colleagues in the USA over Zoom. The biggest issue I had was that there was something wrong with the mechanics of the lock on the door to my room. This meant that while my room key "registered" and the green light meant it was accepted, when turning the knob, the lock would not engage. This happened to me FOUR times the first night and FIVE times the second. I had to go down to the lobby each time it happened and I felt that the first night the front desk agent basically said that I must not know how to use a key. Finally, I took a technician upstairs with me and showed him how I was doing it and he agreed, the lock was malfunctioning and the error was not on my part. The final night they upgraded me to an Executive Suite, which I appreciated very much. I just wish someone would have thought to either fix the lock or move me to another room sooner.

Mount soche hotel very excellent conference package and accomodation. Food is monotonous if you stay for more than two days. Staff is well experienced but should take and consider recruiting the youth who are graduating from universities.

Need proper training for security guards on the way they talk to walk in clients. Some clients feel embarrassed when these guards try to exercise their duties in terms of searching in the bags to see if one is carrying food items. Clients are aware that the food items aren't allowed in sunbird premises unless its bought from them. Consider only a bottle of water to be allowed in.

Fantastisch hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Ze bieden heel veel service. Een restaurant Vincent's aanwezig op de 5th verdieping waar je heerlijk kunt lunchen of dineren. Echt een sterrenkwaliteit. Beneden is het restaurant Picasso voor een super ontbijt. Ook hebben ze een zalencentrum voor zakelijke doeleinden. Sunbird heeft diverse hotels over heel Malawi. Sunbird Mont Soche is het hotel in het zuiden. Echt een aanrader als je in Blantyre in Malawi bent. Blantyre ligt in het zuiden van Malawi. Wij komen er graag en zijn altijd zeer tevreden.
