How could a hotel not have filtered water available for their clients. We had to buy bottled water at $5.00 a bottle. Next time I will give the Hampton Inn a try. Hotel was just ordinary nothing special. We’ve stayed at Residence Inns across the country and I recall them all having water at the front desk where you could take a glass or fill your bottles. I know it sounds little but to me it’s the small things that count!!

Residence Inn by Marriott Long Island Hauppauge/Islandia is conveniently located a few minutes away from Interstate 495. Hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Lobby and corridors appeared clean and well maintained. Guest room included worn, but functional amenities; and guest suite room and bathroom were generally clean. Guest room kitchen and bathroom fixtures were a bit worn but functional. Breakfast buffet was good quality fare with very limited selection. Many take-out and restaurant options within proximity of hotel but not within walking distance. Vehicle traffic noise is prevalent in the front of the hotel as the main entrance faces Hauppauge Central High School's track and field and busy state route 454. Overall, very good experience. I would consider returning to this hotel when conducting business in Hauppauge in the future.

Stayed for 1 night in a 1 bedroom. Clean room. Quiet location. Comfortable bed. Had a separate living area with a door - handy for those middle of the night awakenings so you don’t disturb your partner. Typical breakfast included. Would definitely stay again if in the area

This is my 4th Chris**as at this hotel. Family is nearby so the location is excellent. Quality stay for the price. Free parking and breakfast included. The staff is accommodating and friendly. We really enjoy the inn. It is safe and many families stay here. Highly recommend this inn.

NO king beds or 2 Queen beds in entire hotel! All rooms have one queen bed and pull out sofa. Hotel just looks dirty…I have to laugh about some of the reviews saying how “yummy” the breakfast is - it is all pre-made sandwiches that are warmed up in the oven in the wrappers they came in. Wonder if these are the same people that buy those 7/11 sandwiches for their kids dinner every night? Breakfast was just a joke. No evening reception. Just a gross hotel. I will say the staff was very friendly.

I stayed here recently and was impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness, and the fact the property appeared to be very new and updated. The room was very big and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed here for a swim meet meet weekend. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. We loved having a living room area and a kitchen area. It made going back and forth to the meet extremely convenient. There were many restaurants close by. There was plenty of parking in the back, which was convenient to our room. The served a continental breakfast in the morning. Again this was convenient and they had enough to choose from to satisfy everyone in the family. We had a very pleasant experience here and would definitely come back.

This hotel could use a little updating. The room was very clean and we had no issues or complaints during our stay. The road noise can be loud but if you keep the fan on all night it drowns everything out. We stayed on the weekend but luckily were not disturbed by noisy guests. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Good location when visiting the area.
