Made reservations two months ago for 2 accessible rooms. Got to hotel on October20th to check in and was told there were no accessible rooms available. Because of health issues with my wife and age of my mother, I had requested accessible rooms when reservations were made. We were placed on the second floor and had to climb stairs, no elevators. Neither room was handicap accessible. My wife and I were moved to three different rooms in two days because of maintenance issues with the rooms, could not open door, not heat. I ask for email conformation and did not get at time of reservation. I will not use this chain again in the future.
