AAh youngIf you’re looking for a peaceful escape, this place is truly a hidden paradise.
The lush green lawns and vibrant flowers set the perfect tone, while the endless ocean view from every corner offers a sense of calm and tranquility. Each chair around the property gives you a unique perspective whether it’s the towering clouds, Cebu Island in the distance, or the magical sunset painting the sky with warm, rainbow-like hues.
When night falls, the forest comes alive with fireflies, casting tiny glowing lights that feel like nature’s own fairytale. It’s a sight I’ll never forget.
The food here is gut! You can enjoy both Filipino and German home-cooked dishes, and if you’re here, don’t miss the mashed potatoes and the deep-fried pork stuffed with cheese,,it’s absolutely delicious!
What really made this place unforgettable was Joachim, the host. With years of diving experience (more than my age), he helped me overcome my fear of the underwater world. As a beginner, I was nervous, but he is calm and professional guidance made me feel safe and allowed me to experience a whole new world beneath the surface. You can even meet turtles while diving! With various dive spots surrounding the island, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
The staff, including Jessel and Luci, were incredibly friendly and welcoming! This little village became a sanctuary where I could truly unwind and connect with nature.
You won’t need music here. The harmony of the wind, waves, and birds is all you need. It’s pure, calming bliss.
＞ The Wi-Fi is good as well, and there are universal power outlets for your convenience
＞ You can easily walk to a nearby lighthouse, discover another quiet white beach, or even play or watching basketball or beach volleyball at the village court
＞ There’s no 7-11(convenience stores) on Cabilao Island, so I recommend bringing the necessary things in advance

What we liked:

There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

L'entrée a pris trop de temps. 2 personnes servant? Lorsque vous avez une longue file dans le chauffage du lobby, ce n'est pas une grande première impression. Le lobby à l'arrivée était si occupé. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.
Nous n'avons pas pu obtenir un massage. Nous voulions confirmer l'heure le lendemain et ils ne nous donneraient pas cette option ?

La plage est petite. Vous êtes ennuyés par les gens qui essaient de vous vendre des choses. Protégez vos biens. Ne vous sentez pas sûr, regardez les algues dans l'eau. Ne vous plaît pas nager par.
Les restaurants de resort sont très chers.
Le lobby n'est pas climatisé. Pourquoi ne pas faire plaisir d'être au lobby et de servir du café aux invités?
Tout le monde ne veut pas du thé glacé.
On nous a dit de payer 6000php à l'arrivée que nous avions chanceux mais nous ne savions pas de ce dépôt pour incidents avant le temps.
Les positifs sont.
Ils nous ont donné des parapluies quand nous sommes allés à l'ombre.
La douche dans notre chambre était excellente.
L'eau chaude dans la piscine. Et la nage jusqu'à la fin est magnifique.
Le personnel est très bon et attentif et professionnel.

Je suis heureux d'être près de la rue avec des cafés et des restaurants à quelques minutes à pied, ce qui nous a permis d'essayer beaucoup de plats locaux et ne dépend pas du transport.
Merci spécial pour organiser le petit déjeuner avant notre départ à 5h30. Tout était déjà prêt et le transfert à l'aéroport nous attendait à temps.
L'E L Westensee Resort est le lieu de retour! L'atmosphère chaude, la propreté et la prise en charge parfaites de chaque invité ont fait de notre vacances inoubliable!

IInvitéLa pièce était humide et le linge lavé pouvait à peine sécher. Lave-linge non fourni. Seul un service de blanchisserie est assuré. Environ 10 yuans chacun. Il y avait beaucoup de mouches et le petit déjeuner n'était pas savoureux. La nourriture au restaurant près du hall est correcte. L'autre restaurant n'était pas très bon. L'hôtel n'a pas de plage. Il n'y a qu'une seule plage, celle qui sent mauvais. Vous pouvez ramasser des coquillages. Si vous souhaitez aller à la plage, vous devez vous rendre à l'hôtel voisin et payer un droit d'entrée de 1 500 p. Et marche. Si la marée est haute, vous devrez traverser de nombreux déchets pour traverser.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas bon, loin de la plage et des restaurants. Chaque voyage nécessite un tutu.
Je ne le recommande vraiment pas !

Restaurant. Overall, very good to excellent menu. Suggestion: fresh drip coffee or a fresh espresso machine rather than capsules. Also, vegan/Vegetarian options would be appreciated. There is definitely a market for it.
Small suggestion: “Some” staff find it hard to smile. A smile always makes everyone happy, including customers. Overall, staff and management are friendly and professional.
Minor maintenance requested for the bathroom during the 10 days I was here was not taken care of. It doesn’t matter what it is. But I did expect it to be taken care of since I stayed here for a while and I mentioned it a couple of times to them. I am sure (or at least hope) they will take care of it eventually though.
One thing, though I highly recommend: the shower floor is very slippery. Even with water and no soap it becomes quite slippery. I have to be very careful. It’s a very minor thing to take care of but extremely important because safety is paramount. I had to wear my swimming shoes in the shower to make sure I don’t slip. I didn’t mention it to them on the second day and asked for some solution like a nonslip mat, etc., but they did not provide it. 
I did appreciate it that they let me stay over an hour extra to finish packing on my last day without extra charge.
I’ve been coming to the Philippines for over 10 years. I stayed in many provinces and many hotels. This is the best one by far and is highly recommended. Hopefully they will keep their prices reasonable for future. For the money, I think it’s definitely the best you can get as compared to many other places in the Philippines. I would deduct two or three points only for a couple of things I mentioned above. I would give this hotel a 4.7 out of five stars.

CCarlito BurritoWe stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation & service was perfect. All rooms are facing the pool area. The breakfast buffet is excellent 🌟, and it really motivates you to wake up early!
I requested a birthday surprise setup in our room, and they went extra mile and provided it for free as a complimentary gesture.
The room is very spacious, and they provide toiletries. If you need extra toiletries, they will deliver it right away!
The pool area is great for swimming, especially during happy hour. They offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal on drinks at the pool bar.
The hotel is walking distance of Alona Beach and it’s very safe, as you just walk through Hennan Alona to get to the beach. It’s also close to restaurants, fast food, souvenir shops. 8mins away from the Panglao Airport.
We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Bohol. It’s worth every penny. If I could rate it more stars, I will! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BbullyflyJe ne recommanderais pas de rester ici à moins que vous ne plongez au Kraken de l'autre côté de la rue.
Dites-le d'abord :
1. WeChat et Alipay peuvent être utilisés dans le magasin.
2. Vous pouvez échanger 7,5 pesos à la réception, ce qui est très pratique
3. Les prises de l'hôtel sont toutes aux normes chinoises, il n'est donc pas nécessaire d'apporter des adaptateurs supplémentaires.
Sans parler des défauts :
1. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très éloigné. Si vous souhaitez vous rendre à Alona, vous devez appeler une voiture tutu supplémentaire.
2. Le wifi de l'hôtel est très médiocre et le signal du téléphone portable n'est pas bon non plus. Vivre ici équivaut presque à pas de signal.
3. Il n'y a ni table ni chaises dans la pièce et il n'y a presque pas d'espace de rangement.

MMichaelLe complexe était assez calme, c'est ce que nous recherchions, mais nous avions l'impression d'être hors saison. Il y a eu quelques travaux de rénovation et le restaurant a fermé un peu plus tôt que nous l'aurions souhaité. (il n'y avait aucune information sur la rénovation lorsque nous avons réservé le complexe)
Ceci dit, le complexe était très propre et bien entretenu.

Cons:
-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
