L'hôtel est situé sur la route principale de Bologne, en face de la cathédrale. Le jour de l'enregistrement, une grande célébration religieuse est organisée, car elle est proche de la route et vous pouvez vous promener sur la route pour vous sentir. La salle est grande, surtout la salle de bain, et il n'est pas exagéré de dire que l'on peut danser à l'intérieur. Il y a une corde d'alarme d'urgence près des toilettes et de la douche. J'ai tiré deux fois dans l'inconnu. Je dois appeler la sécurité immédiatement et je n'ai besoin d'aucune aide. C'est assez professionnel et sûr. Les accessoires de salle de bain sont des marques italiennes célèbres, la qualité est très bonne, ils sont ramenés en Chine après qu'ils n'aient pas été utilisés, surtout comme ça. La salle du petit-déjeuner était un peu encombrée et les plats étaient moyens, mais il y avait même des plats de porridge. Plus tard, j'ai appris qu'il y avait des moines japonais et des groupes religieux locaux pour organiser une cérémonie de relation amicale et de coopération pendant le séjour. C'était très intéressant de marcher depuis l'hôtel. Le serveur du restaurant nous a également interrogés sur les goûts chinois et la cuisine chinoise. Bien que la communication en anglais entre les deux parties ne puisse pas transmettre l'essence de la nourriture chinoise, ils communiquaient clairement à l'aide du langage corporel et de l'imagination. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon. Plateforme d'échanges culturels, le serveur du restaurant est aussi très sympathique. En général, bien que ce ne soit pas le meilleur hôtel d'Italie, c'est aussi un endroit formidable à découvrir.

J'ai, à nouveau, séjourné avec grand plaisir au NH de la Gare quelques jours la semaine passée. Je vous le recommande vivement ! - l'accueil et le service sont impeccables - il est situé à 5 min à pied de la gare (et donc très pratique pour prendre un train pour Florence, Verone, Rccione qui se trouvent à seulement 1 h) et 10 min à pied de la Piazzia Maggiore (Nepturne)/coeur de la ville - les règles sanitaires sont parfaitement respectées dans un climat confortable - les chambres sont très confortables et bien insonorisées - excellent rapport qualité/prix Parfait pour un séjour pro ou une étape touristique

Les chambres sont propres et confortables, très proches de la gare et du supermarché. Merci au guichet de m'avoir permis de m'enregistrer, car le train de nuit arrive le matin et il est très important de rester le premier. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et il vaut mieux prévoir des plats chauds.

The lobby and room was very nice as it’s newly renovated. Location was also great, just opposite the train station and about 20-30 minutes walk into the centre. Staff were all very nice and friendly. The only bad thing was the shower water pressure was too low and the hot water took quite long to come on. The room lighting can also be a bit dim. Breakfast isn’t great so I would recommend to eat outside if you can.

L'hôtel Una est un hôtel moderne, propre et lumineux. Nous étions à l'arrière de l'hôtel, il était calme et nous avons bien dormi sur un grand lit confortable. Il y a une large sélection de nourriture pour le petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux de la zone. Le petit déjeuner peut être manger sur la patio si vous aimez manger al fresco. C'est tout ce que vous attendez d'une compagnie d'hôtel bien gérée, organisée, avec un personnel aidant.

Situat près de la gare centrale mais il faut un taxi pour y arriver ... de la gare nous prend environ 7/8 minutes .. , très propre hôtel service à la réception rapide courte est très disponible.... chambres très belles et super technologiques nettoyage excellent (la mienne était la 339) petit déjeuner buffet très abondant et tout très bon avec solution différente pour satisfaire toutes les besoins .... avec le taxi avec une dizaine de minutes vous atteignez immédiatement le centre .. , le conseil vigoureusement à tous ... ajouter pour terminer la qualité de son sommeil excellent et douche dans la salle de bain maxxi ..... à essayer absolument

This is a great hotel. We experienced very helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk almost everywhere. We did not walk to or from the train station. Google maps says 15 to 18 minutes and the hotel website says 11 minutes. However, I have to assume this is without luggage. We got a taxicab for about 10 euros one way. We found the taxi drivers are much more accommodating in Bologna than for example Rome where we have experienced attempts to rip us off. The star of this hotel is the abundant breakfast which was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the water pressure in the shower was less than desirable.

Really lovely guest house in a great location, with good facilities both in the room and in the shared spaces which includes a kitchen and seating area. There were three of us staying in one of the rooms and it was spacious and comfortable! Our check in process was very straightforward and we found the communication from the team helpful and clear and they were always willing to support either during the reception hours or via WhatsApp. It’s in a great location too - about 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore but also close by to good restaurants, markets and shops. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Cet hôtel a une excellente situation : 10 minutes à pied de la gare et du centre ville historique. Notre chambre donnait sur la place piazza dell' 8 agosto et était très calme. La chambre n'était pas très grande mais la literie est excellente et l'isolation phonique aussi. Le personnel à l'accueil et au petit -déjeuner était très agréable et souriant. Petit-déjeuner buffet varié, frais et de qualité! Une adresse à retenir.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights and I am not sure there is a whole lot of positive to say about it - maybe the fact that the rooms were cleaner than anticipated when seeing the entrance area. Staff were welcoming on check in, but the hotel is very grubby - yellow doors, carpet that looks like it could and wanted to walk itself to the cleaners! It really is very dirty looking and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The room itself was nicer - though still stains on the floors…they have a mini bar but charge you for water which I thought a bit much for a four star hotel that it claims to be..bathroom was lovely and shower was really good. We visited in April and hit a particularly warm time - but the room didn’t seem to have any air con and our room was positioned out over the Main Street which was noisy the entire night through so not a good nights sleep at all. The breakfast wasn’t great either - toaster didn’t really work, limited selection of cereals and hot food. It is a very central location and a direct walking route from the train station making to and from the airport very easy. However convenient it is, unfortunately I witnessed a group of men attack someone on the street with a baseball bat right outside the hotel. Whilst clearly nothing the hotel can do about it I think the incident and others we saw walking back to the hotel left me with the impression it isn’t located in a particularly safe area and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend that area to stay in. Have to say the staff were all very friendly and accommodating and I’m sure have a tough job with this hotel.

Tout a fonctionné très bien .Il est bien situé près de la Plaza Maggiore.C'est un hôtel ancien mais il est confortable et les chambres très larges.Le petit déjeuner est très bien et dans la réception très gentille.

Situation très centrale et excellente pour visiter tout le centre historique de Bologne. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible. Je dois cependant parler aussi des aspects négatifs, les chambres sont très proches l'un de l'autre et les murs sont probablement très subtils, ce qui signifie que vous sentez tout le chemin des gens, mais surtout les bruits de quand vous êtes Essaie d'ouvrir la chambre parce que les serrures sont un peu défectueux. Nous avons malheureusement eu la chambre près de la porte d'entrée, et chaque fois qu'elle entre et sort, la nuit ou le matin, nous entendions cette porte baisser et nous nous réveillions. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, le menu est bien fixe, et je vois les photos sur Internet, je me suis rendu compte que c'est toujours la même chose.
