I didn’t get to stay at the Jonesville Hampton, as they were full. It was 10:30 pm and my wife I were quite weary, having driven from Michigan. (We had tried a couple other places previous to this stop). The desk clerk (Lora) was very kind, even in rejection. She got right on the phone and started calling other hotels for us. On the 3rd call, she found us a place in Statesville, NC. She even drew a map with exit number and landmark huge flags to watch for. She even gave me a cup of coffee, when I mentioned how tired I was. Lora is an exemplary employee and a picture of what customer service should be, even though I wasn’t a customer. What a comfort to know there are still people like her in the world!

This is one of the best Hampton inns by far. The staff is so pleasant and actually seem like they love their jobs in hospitality. From the minute we checked in with Regina at the front desk we felt like she really cared and was so sweet and welcoming. Our king room was very clean and it appeared the bathroom and shower was nice and new . Bedding and towels are high end and smelled fresh and clean. Love the Zero/0 shampoo and lotion! Cookies/ coffee/ popcorn to welcome you along with fun seasonal decorations that someone put a lot of effort in. Breakfast was great , well kept with hot food, many choices and fabulous biscuits .

This may be the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and not worn out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was decorated very cutely. The mattress was ok... but I have yet to find a mattress at any hotel that I have truly enjoyed. There weren't any issues with the TV. Due to our schedule, we didn't get to try the breakfast, but it smelled great and was packed.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was outstanding! Hot full breakfast and has menus from all local restaurants to help with our dinner selections. Great location close to exit from main highway. I had reservations at nearby hotel but cancelled when I saw the room. Luckily, the Hampton Inn was close by and still had a couple of rooms left. Paid a little more but worth every penny.

On the whole this is a great place to stay. We’ve stayed several times while traveling. The staff couldn’t be lovelier. The breakfast is great. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. My problem is with the TVs this time. You just want to relax after dinner and watch one or two shows. Not this time. Their remotes (BrightStar) aren’t compatible with the new Samsung TVs. Also, the service doesn’t give you a scrolling guide as most Hamptons do. So you don’t know what’s on any channel. Finally after thankfully a good staff, the maintenance person located a Samsung remote. Find out if management has corrected these problems before making a reservation

This Hampton Inn is definitely a standout of Hampton Inns. We stay at this hotel anytime we are in the area. We are never disappointed. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is varied and adequate. Popcorn and cookies at night are a special treat.

This was a small but lovely HI. They were decorated for the USA summer holidays. The people working here were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the very best. The desk clerks were very helpful, polite, and happy. Our room was neat and clean with everything you need included. It’s a very nice area with several choices for food and a lot of wineries. We did not get to go to them, but hope to go back sometime.

I stayed here after going to Charlotte for a Copa America game with my son on July 10. This place is about an hour north of Charlotte. If I ever do something similar, I am definitely staying here again. The staff was super friendly. Probably the friendliest staff that I have encountered at my stays. The older ladies that were getting breakfast ready were calling my son "honey" and it just reminded me of real southern hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone. Our room was clean.

Stayed here on our way to Buffalo NY. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice linens. Good breakfast selection. Nice pool and friendly front desk personnel. Conveniently located. Not sure what else to say to use up my minimum required characters. Would stay again.
