We had the best time in Boracay and that includes our accommodation. Great service, good food, clean room and good location. 🥰 we will surely come back and stay in Hennan again.

I had a lovely 4 night stay at Henann Lagoon resort. The location is pretty good. You are in a walking distance to the beach and D’Mall. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I’ve ever had. The Henann resorts also have lunch and dinner buffets on at their various locations which were fantastic. The room was lovely and had a bath and balcony. A water jug is provided and each floor has a filling station which is a great plus. Prepare yourself upon arrival as they request a prefect hefty deposit to be paid upfront. After some moaning the staff did accommodate my request of just holding my card number.

The Henann Lagoon hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming. Initially, as a party of 3 friends, we were asked to pay a slightly unreasonable deposit for a 3-night stay of 6,000 pesos per person (2,000 per night), which we managed to negotiate down.
The pool area was spacious and peaceful with an excellent pool bar service. Location was just set back a few streets from the sea front - which would have been ideal - but only around an 8-10 min walk.
Would definitely recommend to friends and couples for a private and relaxing stay.

Room - We booked the room with pool access. It was very convenient. It had a massive bathroom with a huge bathtub but we weren’t able to use it. The bed is comfy. They provide slippers and bathrobes.
Staff - everyone’s super friendly. They greet you with a smile and they show enthusiasm whenever we request for anything.
Food - breakfast is amazing. We were at the Hennan Lounge as it came with the room booking and there were less people. The food is filling. We also like the room service.
Location - this is in station 2 along the road. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. They can give you towels which you can use on the lounge chairs reserved exclusively for Hennan guests.
We had a lot of fun and we wanted to extend but we can’t due to time constraint. The place was relaxing. The pool looks pretty and will entice you to swim. All in all I have nothing negative to say.

We had a great stay at Henann Lagoon Resort Boracay, great amenities and superb service.
Its 8mins walk to the white beach but the indoor pool is something you can enjoy and they always have a treat and a birthday cake to guests having their birthday so nice and generous

My 2nd time to stay here during vacation with friends. Very accommodating staff, love the breakfast buffet, and a few minutes walk to the beach. Just hope to have a faster internet provider. But overall enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

Cleanliness was excellent, Services too! Location is fine, if you are a walker and your okay to walk for 3-5 minutes to the beach, its very fine. But if not, you'll sore your legs easily.
The thing that got me disappointed was, When i got in the hotel, they told me the room was available for an early check in depending on the availability. The room was available but was queue in housekeeping and it was priority. They discussed and made me comply on their policy of security deposit worth 2,000php per night with a total of 6,000php only to make me wait for 2 and 1/2 hours. May issue was, they could have said that the room was not available yet and you can settle this later. They made me settle first and wait, and i thought it would have been faster if i settle their rules first i could have been in the room quicker. Good thing they transferred my breakfast buffet to the VIP as their way of saying sorry.
