收着4星級的費用120多磅一晚，不理解為什麼需要整個房間佈滿了各種節約和不要浪費的標誌，各種需要自助，不是我不願意這麼做，完全沒必要處處標榜然讓我覺得被道德綁架。而且各種細節都能看出酒店的摳門和小氣，房間連紙巾都不提供，前台大部分時間無人，需要清理房間還得親自去前台告知，門牌掛了3天3夜了都沒人來打理，那這掛牌的作用是啥！住宿感覺四個字：超級拉垮！

Un hôtel très bien situé. Neuf. Merci à Laurène pour son accueil chaleureux et son efficacité. Une vraie professionnelle tout en étant très humaine. Petit-déjeuner correct. Le repas est bien d’un point de vue qualité/ prix. Bien demander pour le ménage.

Great location! Premier plus had great view and great lay out of room. Little dust found on lower parts of the room which was ok but overall clean 5*. Staff welcoming, easy accessable entrance and big lifts. Was a quiet peacefull sleep. Will stay again

I would highly recommend this Premier Inn if you are visiting Bournemouth. The location for the BIC is perfect as it is only 0.3 mile walk from the front entrance. Its also close to the beach and town center. The car park is easy to get to an bigger than the website suggests. It is under ground and very secure. The hotel is new, modern and well designed. Customer service at check in, at the bar and at breakfast was excellent. The room was up to the usual Premier Inn standard and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was on the 4th floor which was very quiet. The hotel was quite full but we didn't hear anyone moving around once we were inside. We would definitely stay here again.

We received a lovely welcome and soon found ourselves in our room. One of the best rooms we have experienced in a Bournemouth hotel. The room was large, exceptionally clean, and was more than we were expecting. As for the bathroom, lovely big tub, loads of space and plenty of toiletries for the stay Each room comes with air conditioning and it was brilliant. We had our dinner at the restaurant and we were not disappointed. Security was excellent, staff were there to help if needed, but not intrusive. Loved it so much, we are looking forward to a return visit soon 😀

We come here often, staff are always very helpful and friendly, hotel room clean, beds are very comfortable excellent value for money. We were delighted when Chef Sheila remembered our family she is very kind, and even remembered that I was vegetarian

3 night stay with elderly parents celebrating 60th wedding anniversary. Staff were exceptionally helpful and even decorated my parents room with balloons, a card and some chocolates which was a lovely surprise and made my parents feel very special. The rooms were very good, my parents had an accessible Premier Plus room which was lovely and the walk in shower was great. Every staff member that we met over the 3 night stay were friendly, cheerful and exceptionally helpful.
