"Le personnel de l'hôtel est poli, serviable et instructif. Chambre au troisième étage, l'ascenseur ne passait pas directement du rez-de-chaussée au troisième étage, il y avait des escaliers. J'ai des problèmes de mobilité, donc c'était un peu un problème. Il y avait une montée mais c'était assez long. Le petit déjeuner était en supplément, je n'ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner car je ne mange pas beaucoup. Lit beau, grand et confortable. Chambre chaleureuse, je ne suis pas technique mais les radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas vraiment. Je ne me suis pas plaint car je ne restais que quelques jours et la chambre était chaleureuse. Chambre décorée propre et bien rangée, meubles usés et démodés. Salle de bain, juste quelques éléments à mettre à jour. Douche excellente, beaucoup d'eau chaude et beaucoup de pression. La vue depuis les fenêtres donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, c'était l'arrière de l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas eu beaucoup d'expérience en matière de séjour dans des hôtels, c'était correct pour moi, le bar était immense, avec beaucoup de canapés et de chaises confortables."

"Excellent emplacement…près de la plage, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare et à 5-10 minutes à pied des magasins d'alimentation. La chambre que nous avions était d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix, j'ai payé pour une chambre double standard et j'ai eu une chambre familiale ! Le personnel est sympathique et raisonnablement serviable, nous avons demandé quelques bols de céréales et cuillères à emporter avec nous un soir, mais nous ne sommes repartis qu'avec un bol et pas de cuillères mdr… aucune explication pourquoi !! Dans l’ensemble, c’est le meilleur hôtel bon marché dans lequel nous avons séjourné à Bournemouth."

"Every time I am in Bournemouth we try and stay at the Hampton. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, clean and spacious, the breakfast is well cooked and presented. The check was smooth, the parking facilities are brilliant and only cost £13.50 a day which is reasonable if you are staying in a hotel. You are minutes away from the various shops and restaurants. The seafront is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. One thing to bear in mind you a climbing a steep hill to get to the Hampton. The Hilton is just next to it but the climb is not as steep. The rooms were clean and fresh the shower was powerful, the beds were nice to sleep on and the pillows were nice and soft. Had a very good sleep both nights."

"We enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent. Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep. Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice. We had tea and cake provided which was very nice. Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good. I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition. Most staff efficient but not overly friendly. Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space. Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis. Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area. Would stay again for sure."

"This was our second visit to this hotel, we have unfortunately had the same experience twice. The hotel itself is lovely with great facilities. Rooms are lovely, Beds are huge and extremely comfy. Fluffy, luxury towels. The Pool area and pool are lovely, feel like you are abroad on a hot day. Although it is a fight for a Sun lounger. However it’s completely let down by the staff. The bar staffs attitude was appalling, it was an inconvenience for them to get our drinks each time. We had a Roast dinner at Old Harry Rocks - staff were much better in there and v accommodating, although I do believe this this a separate company to the hotel and it shows. Beef was tough in parts but still nice. Pork was lovely. On booking, breakfast is charged at £22 at but in the hotel it’s £15 so don’t fall into that trap. The staff had no idea what they were doing. They first couldn’t get our drinks order right, then they messed up our simple breakfast order. Some of us nearly finishing our breakfast before others even got their meal. The breakfast itself was very small, we were also only given half a mushroom?? For £22/£15 I would at least expect to have a whole Mushroom… They then didn’t know how to use the card machine.. Before we left we used the Spa, small but nice. Sauna was closed & pool was freezing. Hot Tub also wasn’t very warm. Overall it was not a great experience, we will not be returning. To pay £260 minimum for a room for extremely poor service is criminal."

"Was greeted by a lovely lady at reception who explained how our key fob worked. Lovely room with everything we needed. Location is close to beach and town. With free parking on site I was able to leave my car there with peace of mind. Only issue is we dropped a pair of socks down the side of the bed, on retrieving the sock it was caked in thick dust. But this will not stop me from staying again if we visit again."
