Pine ceilings highlighted by mid-century light fixtures welcome you into the living room area with a sleeper sofa and a 42" Smart TV to stream all your favorite apps.A built-in dining banquet and retro breakfast bar transition you into to our fully equipped kitchen. Modern appliances with a vintage look, butcher block countertops, and a reproduction drain broad sink ties in with the 50's retro feel. All you could need for preparing a perfect meal is located our open style cabinetry. From the kitchen exit into our 3-season enclosed porch. Enjoy a meal or sip your morning coffee while peering into to our partially fenced back yard with forest views where you could spot some wildlife! In the evenings you could gather round our outdoor fire pit or grill up your favorite meals on our Weber propane grill.Our 2 bedrooms are both adorned with pine ceilings, mid-century lighting, and retro decor. Both rooms include a queen bed and roomy closets. A recently added sleeping loft can accommodate 4, it has its own hangout spot with a TV, DVD player and an Xbox with a few games. This space is perfect for kids and teens. Please note it has low ceilings and has a ladder access that may not be suitable for young children. Our 1st of 2 full baths has a tub/shower combo with subway tile, marble accents and beautiful pebble flooring. The 2nd bath has a stand-up shower and also includes the commercial washer and dryer. Both are equipped with towels too! Take in all GOTL has to offer with just a short walk to the Strip where you'll find quaint shops, boardwalk style food venders, restaurants, and nightlife! Also, within walking distance is Geneva Township Park (non-swimming beach access) there are playgrounds, pavilions, and grills for a perfect picnic overlooking spectacular Lake Erie. A quick 10-minute drive will take you to Breakwater Beach to enjoy a day soaking up some sun, building sandcastles, or splashing in the waves! Or Geneva Marina may be a point of interest for all who love fishing and boating, it's also a quick 10-minute drive! Also, we are about a 15-minute drive from Spire Institute!! Lake Erie Vista Condominiums (LEV), has elevators, heated indoor pool, private beach, 2 fire pits and outdoor grills.... and is only minutes from the famous Geneva on the Lake Strip. There are large lakeview windows and two sliding glass doors that take you out to the 15 foot private balcony with patio furniture ---great for lake watching, reading or just relaxing waiting for one of our fantastic sunsets. Wherever you are... in the great room, in the kitchen, in the dining area you are always part of the action in this open concept condo. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, electric cooktop, and plenty of cabinet space. Kitchen supplies: dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, skillets, serving dishes, utensils, baking dishes, hand mixer, blender, Keurig and a drip Coffee Pot, Crock Pot and more. (paper towels provided.) There is a full laundry and we provide liquid laundry detergent . 1) The main bedroom is filled with natural light with a lake front picture window . The King bed will provide sleeping comfort!! This bedroom has an attached 5 piece bath with XL shower and plenty of closet space and a smart TV. 2) The second bedroom has a queen bed with a smart TV, a full bathroom right next to it in the hall. 3) The third bedroom (13'x13') has another queen bed , 32" smart tv and full attached bathroom. There is also a twin size blow up mattress and kids pack and play. Sheets provided for both. All bathrooms provide a hairdryer, towels and wash clothes. The condo also provides games for all ages! Lake Erie Vista is across the street from Indian Creek Campground (Sun Resorts) which offers a convenient store, mini golf course, ice cream stand and the Loft for sports watching, food and drinks.
