Conveniently and centrally located is the kitchen and dining area. There is a spot for your boat (or you can rent one from one of the local marinas) at the private boat dock. The neighborhood slip is just around the corner from house. The home is at the end of a private drive and has a large paved parking pad that can easily fit 5+cars.***Please note, there are many stairs on the way to the dock.
