Our home offers a 6 person hot tub, fire-pit, and grill. Game room on the main level with a Wii & Arcade Game. Spacious kitchen w/cooking essentials. Fast WIFI. Smart TVs in every room. Desk for business travel. Within two miles of the Iowa Event Center, Wells Fargo Arena & Hospitals. 10min from the Airport. Walking distance to local restaurants, shops and parks.THE SPACE:Kitchen: fully updated with most all cooking utensils, salt/pepper/cooking spray, baking dishes, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker (with enough coffee packs, teabags, creamer and sweetener to get you started). Dining: off of the kitchen you will find a dining room with a table for six. We also offer additional seating at the bar for three more guests. Space-saver highchair available in the laundry closet, if needed.Living Room: when you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by a cozy family room with a queen sized pull-out-couch. The living room also offers a desk/office chair, an electric fireplace and a flat-screen smart tv to allow you to login to all your favorite streaming services during your stay. Bedrooms: upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom. All three of the bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, dressers, smart TVs, and nightstands with smart lamps to easily charge your phone at night. Pack-N-Play available in the bedroom closet if needed. Bathrooms: our home offers two full bathrooms. One bathroom is upstairs with the bedrooms, and the other is on the main level. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels (10 sets total in the house), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Patio: off the back of the house you will have full access to a partially fenced in private backyard with a 6 person spa, jungle gym for the kids to play, a propane grill, and a fire-pit (wood not provided). Perfect for those family BBQs! Game Room: on the main level, located inside of the 4th bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa. 32in smart tv with a Wii and variety of games. Simpsons four person arcade game. Plenty to keep the kids entertained for hours! Office: a full desk and office chair is located off of the living room, near the entrance of the house. Laundry: first floor washer and dryer available with enough detergent to start off your stay. Ironing board and iron are also accessible in the laundry closet for your convenience.Parking: Free, off-street parking in the driveway. The garage will not be accessible.PLEASE NOTE:After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay - which you will be able to execute digitally. Access to the property will not be granted until the Rental Agreement is signed.Although our rental agreement contains our house rules, we ask that you please familiarize yourself with these few important items:- No pets- No smoking- No glitter/confetti- No dies/soaps/bubble bath/or glass in the hot tub(clear violation of any of these items will result in an additional cleaning fee)All areas of the main floor and upper-level of the house are open for guests to use. The basement and garage however, are restricted for housekeeping supplies and will remain locked during your stay.Our property is monitored by 24/7 video & audio surveillance recording. This is only used on the outside of the property, and not facing the back patio area (in respect to your privacy). Our cameras are for security purposes only. There is one camera on the driveway side, facing the street. One camera on the side opposite side of the home, facing the street. And, there is a doorbell camera. For your stay, we provide a starter kit for essentials and toiletries: - Five (5) sets of towels/washcloths in each bathroom- 3 additional rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom- Shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in each shower- First couple days supply of coffee- First few loads of dishwasher and clothes washer detergent podsNEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:We are conveniently located near the center of Downtown Des Moines.
