Baywatch This large, recently renovated Seaview home is ideal for your relaxing group vacation. Enjoy sweeping views of the Great South Bay from the open great room and upper decks. The newly renovated kitchen features white cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The two full bathrooms were both just redone as well. There is a ground-level deck and outdoor shower. The house is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The living room, dining area, kitchen, main bedroom, and second full bathroom are located on the second floor, and the other full bathroom and four additional bedrooms are located on the first floor. The house is well-equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, including DirecTV, WiFi, a gas grill, two bikes, beach chairs, and a wagon. Linens, towels, dishware, glassware, pots & pans, and utensils are all provided. What's Nearby There is a bay area facility located on the eastern edge of Seaview, which includes a playground, kiddie pool, basketball courts, and a lifeguarded swimming area in the bay.. Starting in 2025, the Seaview Association has introduced a $400 fee per family for access to this facility. This fee is separate from any rental payments made to the homeowner and is paid directly to the Seaview Association. Things to Know Dog-friendly *This home is only accessible via ferry *This home has a strict 30-year-old minimum age requirement. This rule does not apply to groups with young children. There are strict good neighbor and noise policies for this home, in addition to no parties allowed at any time.And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: No parking available. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items. This Agreement is between you and Vacasa New York LLC, acting for itself and for the Owner.
