Explore the lake by renting a boat from nearby Village Marine, or bring your own and park it in the private dock's covered boat slip (24x10). Guests have full access to the dock, 2 kayaks and a lily pad for the whole family to enjoy. The home has recently undergone a refresh on the exterior and newly furnished on the inside. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor as you enter the home from the driveway. The Master with a private bath, and the secondary bedrooms have a shared bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. Downstairs you will find a cozy living room, and a sunroom, with farmhouse dining table, seating for 10. There's also a daybed in this room for 2 more guests. The kitchen is well appointed with all that you would need for cooking or baking. Enjoy the coffee bar/island with barstool seating.
