If you bring boots you can wade across the slow moving creek with 3-4 inches depth of water to the 50 acres on the other side with several miles of trails. Fishing, catch & release is available on Carr Creek and a pond on the property. A treehouse is nearby on the property with a small climbing wall and swing. A swing is below the cabin overlooking Carr Creek. There’s a nice size yard, a back deck (22x10) which has both a ramp and steps.
