Great service!! Was very helpful and friendly!! Felt very welcomed!! The apar**ent itself is amazing!! And if we did need any help the owner was a call/message away. very responsive and had a great time with our family! Would defo be returning, even though we had a last min booking, the owner was very helpful and happy to help. Thanks again! 😀

Very nice apar**ent. Best I have been to. Service was amazing and had a great weekend. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back. The jaccuzi and surround sound throughout the apar**ent definitely topped it off.!!!!!!!!!!

Wow what can I say we stayed for one night was absolutely beautiful so clean and the smell when you work in is so fresh if I could give more stars I would any one what wants a nice white night away just to relax then look no further thank you so much 😊

Beautiful and clean apar**ent. Really spacious too and beds were comfy. The host made sure we had all the amenities needed for our short stay. The jacuzzi bath was a good addition. He went beyond and above to make sure we was all comfortable during our stay and any issues would be dealt with on the spot. Host was easily available through messaging or calling and replied promptly. All in all the place was deffo worth the visit and if you have a car it's not too far off from any of the local attractions or shopping centres. Loads of food places around there and the host himself is very helpful and offers u a list of recommended places to dine at too which is helpful if you are not familiar with the area.

I surprised my partner on 09/03/2024 -10/03/2024 for his 49th birthday. Firstly I would like to mention that the Deluxe apar**ent which I booked looked exactly like the pictures and was cleaned to a high standard which we appreciated. Bina helped me to set up my birthday decorations for my partner's birthday. Bina was very caring, supportive, thoughtful and professional. Bina went through all of the terms and conditions with me and also showed me how to use the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, lights and much more. Bina even asked me what temperature I would like the central heating on ready for my return later with my partner. I was also sent a list of local takeaway and taxi services. Myself and my partner definitely had a luxury experience. My partner can't express himself enough on how special our overnight stay was at Optimal apar**ents. Our stay was worth every penny.

Their was quite a few apar**ents to chose from, which were cheaper then optimal but I went for optimal as the reviews were good. I was honestly so happy that I chose to come here then go elsewhere. The apar**ent was stunning, tidy and so comfy. The owner bobsy and his sister are the kindest people ever who made us feel comfortable and also showed us around, showed us how to work things and also sent a whole list of suggestions of places to eat.. I can honestly say the money is so worth it, I have another trip to optimal pending..😊 10/10 !

Absolutely loved every minute of my stay. Such a beautiful place and everything is well decorated. Loved how it was convenient as there was loads of food places near by. The staff was so friendly and helpful they showed me around. If you’re thinking of going here I’d definitely recommend it 👍🏼👍🏼

Stunning Apar**ent! We absolutely loved our stay in one of Optimal Apar**ents. The interior was modern and classy, done to a high standard, with attention to detail, including recliner sofas, big TV screens with free netflix, and colour changing LED's creating a relaxing a**osphere. The whole place was very clean. Loved the jacuzzi. Great hosts, who welcomed us, recommended good places to eat, and overall very friendly.

This place was brilliant. Stayed a night with my Wife and we didn't want to leave. Had all the amenities that we needed. And so many places to eat nearby that deliver, so many choices of food aswell. The ambient lighting was perfect and loved the surround sound that followed you to every room in the apar**ent! The jacuzzi is mind blowing, so spacious and the fact you can watch TV whilst you relax in there was excellent. Loved the communication with Bobsy who has done a fantastic job with this place, if there was ever a question we had he would always be there answer asap,lovely guy. Recommend to all and we will definetly be back again.
