My wife was sick and they refused to cancel and refund my money, very low class hotel

The location of the hotel is good. The room is clean and has everything I needed. The service is also good. But there were problems with hot water in one room. So I asked an employee named Alicia to help me solve this issue or change the room. But Alicia began to be rude and said that the water was not so cold and I could take a shower. But the water temperature was really cold. I was surprised. As a result, our number was changed, but only after conflict.

Avance exceeded our expectations in every way possible. This hotel I think is family owned as they are very hospitable. They really cared about our wellbeing here and cleaned our room daily. The AC was functioning in summer without any problems and we got a really good sleep in their comfortable bed. I stayed in other brand hotel in Bratislava before but Avance gave me much better value for my money.

We stayed one night due to Octagon competition. The room was quite, clean, comfortable. The hotel itself nice, personal + - nice and comfortable appartments - hotel near to the center of Bratislava, well situated - beds large and long (my son 193cm) - sound proof room, no noise from the outside - quite reasonable price for the quality

A well located hotel,close to the downtown but with a mediocre room service and we had an issue with a noisy private party until late night in the lobby when the staff was ignoring our complaints. The bartender and the male reception staff were very unprofessional!

The only one thing which is good on this hotel is its location. Awful smell in the room, unfriendly staff in all areas of the hotel and WiFi not working at all. I wil never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to other's .

Stayed overnight on route to Croatia. The hotel is right by the main square and included breakfast. The rooms are large in comparison to the main street European rooms which is nice. The local police station is right across the hotel so it felt rather safe since there were police always outside. The breakfast was quite small with limited choice but you did not go hungry. The staff at hotel and restaurant were very nice and helpful. I would recommend and stay against I would classify this as a 3 star for North American standards.

Great hotel and staff very very helpful. Located in city center. Room and breakfast absolutely great. Internet very fast, Toilet great. No weak points ! No possible better than it. Thanks. We come back for sure !

Molto comodo per la posizione centrale, vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse e al tempo stesso facile da raggiungere in auto. Ottima anche la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio interrato, anche se piccolino e con pochi posti disponibili: abbiamo dovuto attendere la partenza di alcuni ospiti per poter posteggiare, nonostante la richiesta anticipata on Line. Colazione soddisfacente con possibilità di scelta tra salato e dolce. Stanza standard sufficientemente comoda e ben attrezzata, letti comodi. Bagno nella norma. Personale gentile, ma non particolarmente collaborativo.
