I stayed there for 2 nights in a room with a jacuzzi. The staff speaks English and some of them speak German. Every contact with the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and the view of the trees in the courtyard is really nice. The breakfast is varied and even has a few Slovakian specialties. All in all a really pleasant experience.

This hotel is a four star hotel located in the old town. The rooms we got seemed very old, the photos of the rooms on internet have nothing in common with reality. The hotel needs refurbishment. The service is not the best we have experienced. Breakfast is average.

Excellent location. 10 mins walk to centre of old town. In fact close walk to most places to visit in Bratislava. Room was compact but had all the amenities you could wish for. Breakfast was top class and a great selection to start you off for the day ahead. 30 mins walk to train station with hourly departures to Vienna which is just a 55 minute trip. Staff were fantastic, helpful and always cheerful and willing to assust you in any way. Really enjoyed our 4 days here and will definitely return. Try SoHo close by too. Beautiful Thai food. So fresh and comforting in a lovely setting.

I've reviewed this place before but I have to add to our experience. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and we had a balcony with a lovely view BUT this time, by the time we got there in our month-long trip through Europe, we had tested positive for covid (ugh!) They took this all in stride, called our room to check up on us and brought us a breakfast tray to our room. Such an act of kindness is not forgotten and much appreciated!

A nice and cosy small hotel. The room was quite different from normal ones. Well situated and easy to reach from the airport bus terminal. Friendly staff, they got very worried when no complimentary water had been provided. Special thanks for a good breakfast, enjoyed it for 2 hours.

Fabulous boutique hotel, extremely clean and very friendly staff. Very good choice at breakfast, fresh and tasty food. Great lockable luggage storage space, if you have a late flight. We would definitely stay here again. Our room was on the 6th floor with a balcony and was lovely.

This is a review of a recent take away of a daily menu dish taken from restaurant in Danubia Gate hotel in Bratislava. Lately I noticed that many restaurants in Bratislava are minimizing the number of dishes offered in popular daily menus. They are also increasing prices, or serving smaller portions, in some cases, doing both. Today I wrote a pretty negative review about a bad surprise, when I recently opened the takeaway box with daily menu dish from restaurant Dunajsky Pivovar in Bratislava. And the same thing happened to me in restaurant in Danubia Gate hotel. Also here, the size of portions was shamefully small and without the slightest effort to make the food to look or taste attractive. I just hope that this new trend won't become contagious with more restaurants in.Bratislava.

Clean, big room, perfect bathroom, very nice cosy breakfast. We got welcome drink, it was very kind and nice from you. Very comfy bed, big big room, little bit less light in the room, but no worries. Thank you!
