We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed in a cozy ******* style room and also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and well equipped, even supplying an oxygen machine that one could use in case of feeling altitude sickness. The hotel is run by a very lovely family who made our stay in Litang a great experience. The host spoke really good english, kindly showed us around Litang and it's most popular sites. Additionally we were able to explore the surrounding nature as we spent an afternoon mushroom picking together in the forest with the host and his friends. The host also supported us on our onward journey. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Litang, we felt very welcome and supported.

平時不是很喜歡寫評價，但這次真的讓人很不爽。剛到酒店就去看了房間，當時前台特別熱情，也很滿意。事故就出在洗衣服，因為我們是一家四個大人一個小朋友，定了兩個房間，我們到了之後，準備去洗衣服，民宿衹有一個洗衣機和一個烘乾機長的都是一個樣子，我妹妹拿衣服去洗的時候誤把烘乾機當成了洗衣機，放進去一會兒前台就提醒説那是烘乾機，然後就準備拿出來用洗衣機，洗衣機不出水，以為是閥門的原因就開了一下，那個閥門突然就爆水了，前台打電話應該是給老闆説了一下修好了正在洗的過程當中，一個年輕的女的出來不分青紅皂白的就説：你不會用，為什麼不告訴我們。默認洗衣機是我們弄壞的，所以才不出水，我妹妹跟她解釋了一下，然後她的態度就非常的囂張，正好我姐姐在那個過程當中下去看到他們在爭論，我姐就説想要調解一下，但是那個女的又開始跟我姐吵，我姐就讓老闆出來，那個女的一會兒又説老闆不在一會兒説著説著又説她自己是老闆，更過分的是，在這個過程當中有一個年紀比較大的藏族女性，可能是那個自己説自己是老闆的那位女的的媽媽，不停地説你們弄壞了，就承認是自己弄壞的，又不會讓我們賠什麼什麼的，但事實的過程那個前台服務員是看得一清二楚的，打電話的時候對方維修員也説了是什麼原因，如果那個女的真的是老闆，我沒有見過這麼囂張惡劣的老闆，可能那些好評都是刷的吧，前台都知道解決問題，她卻一直在那裡怪客人弄壞了她的東西，並且屬於誣陷，如果洗衣機壞掉或者是水管爆開是因為輕輕碰一下那個閥門就會壞的話，那也是酒店自身的原因。這是體驗感最差的一次住宿。
