Un charmant petit hôtel situé en plein cœur du vieux Sarajevo. Un petit-déjeuner correct, une vue magnifique depuis la fenêtre, un parking gratuit et un personnel d'accueil sympathique sont des atouts indéniables. Seul bémol : l'odeur de cigarette qui imprègne la chambre à travers la hotte.

Our stay at Hotel Aziza was pleasant overall. The reception staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was very kind and went out of her way to help us get to the pharmacy and return safely — truly appreciated her assistance. The hotel staff in general were responsive and quick to attend to our requests. The location is close to the Old City, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. However, it’s situated on a steep hill, so walking up can be quite challenging, especially after a long day. Breakfast was simple and could be improved — the selection was limited, and the fruits were not very fresh. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location for exploring Sarajevo, but be prepared for the uphill walk and modest breakfast.

Nous étions dans une chambre pour 4 personnes - 2 lits simples et un lit double. Surprise, il était spacieux, même un table avec chaises et assez de salle de bagages. Tous très propres, belles petits-déjeuners qui étaient cuisines quand nous sommes allés vers elle. Mais la vue la plus cool de la fenêtre. Le personnel est également bienvenu. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

Choisir un bon hôtel est essentiel en voyage, et je recommande vivement celui-ci. Nous avions réservé deux chambres au même étage, mais la réception nous a informés que l'hôtel était complet ce jour-là en raison de groupes de touristes. Nous avons donc dû loger à des étages différents. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème. En effet, cet hôtel est très prisé ; nous avons vu de grands groupes de touristes arriver tous les soirs pendant notre séjour. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, les lits confortables, la pression de l'eau des douches excellente et la propreté impeccable. L'hôtel fournissait également une grande bouteille d'eau chaque jour, ce qui était très pratique et nous a permis de faire des économies. L'hôtel était facile à trouver ; il suffisait de suivre le GPS. À proximité se trouvent le Pont Latin et la voiture dans laquelle le Grand-Duc s'est rendu lors de son assassinat ; de nombreux touristes visitent donc ce quartier quotidiennement. On trouve également de nombreux restaurants dans les environs ; un restaurant réputé se situe juste en face. Le premier soir, avant même d'avoir eu le temps de découvrir le quartier, nous avons voulu rentrer à pied à l'hôtel après le dîner, et le GPS nous a indiqué qu'il était juste à côté ! Quelle surprise ! L'hôtel dispose également d'un sous-sol relié au parking souterrain, où se trouvent des toilettes réservées aux clients de l'hôtel. Pour y accéder, il faut demander une carte magnétique au personnel du bar au premier étage ; l'éclairage s'active à l'aide d'un détecteur de mouvement. Nous avons été très satisfaits du service tout au long de notre séjour et avons passé un excellent moment.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

The hotel at was located right on the main road, making it convenient for traveling to the city center. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. If I have the chance, I will definitely return.

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is located on a hill, offering a stunning view of the city, especially during breakfast. The location is excellent — all the main attractions are just a five-minute walk away. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh cheese, a tasty omelet, and surprisingly good coffee. What made the stay truly special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they genuinely made me feel that I was expected and appreciated as a guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Nous devions séjourner près de la gare de Sarajevo, et l'Hôtel Grand est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied (5 à 10 minutes). Le personnel était sympathique et nous a même préparé un petit déjeuner, car nous partions très tôt. Cependant, la chambre elle-même était plutôt rudimentaire, et la bonde de la douche était visiblement bouchée, ce qui a provoqué de nombreuses inondations. Il y avait des fils électriques apparents dans la chambre et les couloirs sentaient le cendrier. C'était correct pour le prix, mais pas vraiment recommandé.
