Hôtels à Calgary avec petit déjeuner

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

L'entrée était rapide, la chambre était propre, les feuilles étaient douces, la pression de douche était étonnante, le petit déjeuner était solide, un séjour en général très bon.

Séjour parfait, chambre spacieuse et impeccable, grand lit king-size très confortable, accueil chaleureux à la réception pour l'arrivée et le départ, produits de toilette Crabtree & Evelyn au parfum délicieux, serviettes, miroir en pied, coffre-fort, machine à café, etc. tout était inclus. Des cookies offerts à l'arrivée, un vrai régal ! Réponse rapide à notre e-mail, la chambre a été réservée malgré notre arrivée très tardive. Parking gratuit, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Calgary. Navette disponible à 5 $. C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et il deviendra sans aucun doute notre adresse de prédilection lors de nos voyages en avion ! Trip.com proposait le meilleur prix après réduction, super !

The hotel itself was great and the staff was amazing and very helpful:) we just ended up there when there was a soccer tournament happening so it was absolutely crazy and in the pool there was some king of a mess that didn’t end up getting cleaned up even after telling staff about it

Mon collègue rotarien et moi sommes venus à Calgary pour la Conférence internationale du Rotary de 2025. Le séjour a été agréable et le service excellent. La chambre était nettoyée quotidiennement, ce qui était très appréciable. Le café et le thé étaient renouvelés tous les jours, ce qui était très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à mes proches. Il est situé tout près de l'aéroport et une navette gratuite était mise à disposition. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'exposition dans le hall, qui annonçait le Stampede de Calgary 2025, qui se déroulera du 1er juillet au 31 juillet 2025.

L'espace de la chambre est correct 👌🏻 mais c'est trop bruyant la nuit. Je ne sais pas s'ils font des travaux de construction ou quelque chose comme ça. Quoi qu’il en soit, le bruit est si fort qu’il affectera les personnes qui ont du mal à dormir. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il y a un métro gratuit dans la ville juste à la porte, et il est très pratique de se rendre à pied à différents points d'enregistrement. Il y a une navette pour l'aéroport à la porte, ce qui est très pratique. Cependant, nous avions beaucoup de bagages, nous avons donc quand même pris un taxi.

Bon hôtel. Belle disposition de la chambre des clients. Roo. Taille est grande. Cependant, le gardien de la maison doit améliorer le travail. Un jour ils ont oublié de faire la chambre. Puis un jour ils ont oublié de mettre mon lit.

A good hotel considering the price and location. For a 3 star property, it meets the stated standard. Comfortable beds. Spacious lobby. Everything works.

C'est ma deuxième visite cette fois qu'il était parfait ils l'ont rénovée puisque je marche dans des odeurs très propres et fraîches la nourriture de maison très utile et gentille Le buffet pour dîner incroyable cuisine indienne sur toutes les expériences très belles, en particulier dans la piscine

This motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village). The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.
