Very polite and kind service.
The breakfast was good and felt home-like.
Room are pretty, big enough and very clean, bedsheets are clean, bathrobes provided. Projector movie was nice, would have been better with a vip account included ;)
Swimming pool was not emptied because of the cold like many others hotels do around, which was a bonus perk.
A laundry service would have been nice though, as a traveler i prefer to focus on visiting and planning my trip than checking my own laundry.

早餐種類非常齊全
酒店新開業時間不長，所有硬件設施都很新，衞生很好，床品舒適！
酒店有免費的洗衣烘乾，帶孩子出門旅行，簡直非常必要，最貼心的是→不用自己看着洗完再拿上樓，跟前台説一下，衣服洗完就可以直接送回房間，這點真的很方便也很貼心
所以在這邊住了兩天以後，從潿洲島回來又續住了一天
不過最後一天有這些小插曲，入住那天大風降温，房間窗户壞了，又是高層，大風吹了一晚！沒睡好，酒店這邊第二天臨退房前，贈送了果盤！酒店各項設施，應該及時檢查，處理時如果窗户不能及時維修，希望以後能有更好的處理辦法…💕

Staff was really friendly, made us felt really at home. Room was clean as well. Walls are abit thin so do bring earplugs if u’re sensitive to noise. Aside from that, service was top notch and everyth was really well arranged and prepared for us. Would totally recommend this and go back to this place if i ever come back here.

位置真的很好，在一個超大的別墅區裏，主要是過馬路就是海邊（羅馬廣場），問老闆是否有趕海工具（小孩玩的），都有，看到別人玩的，拍照給老闆，這個有沒有？回答：有
十分鐘內來回就取回到海邊了
到這裏發現帶了快充的線，但是忘記帶插頭了（兩頭都是華為的頭，無法充電），問老闆有沒有多餘的線？有！借用了四五天
有電梯，不像一般的名宿，得拎行李上樓，不錯
自己趕海來的海鮮，可以加工，我去的這幾天，加工的人不在，自己加工的，老闆提供廚具
出門在外，不需要接待的人太熱情，我碰到的問題，可以為我解決就很好

Les deux adolescents ont aidé à entretenir et apprennent sur le travail (il leur a fallu une semaine de retour et de sortie pour comprendre que la douche dans la salle de bains n'était pas bien fonctionnée). Il est possible de trouver un toilet à pied propre chaque jour. . La chambre ne peut être verrouillée de l'intérieur (la serrure a été brisée). Il y a une cuisine (le petit déjeuner est inclus ) mais ils tendent à surcharger pour un repas simple. Peut-être travailler pour les familles avec des enfants.

RRyan1985I didn’t hate this hotel by any means but there were quite a few things that kept me from loving it. First, before we even get to the hotel we should start with beihai itself. I would say there’s no real reason for anyone to visit this place. There’s some good food for sure but it’s a boring, hot, and generally tourist-packed place. IF you do decide you need to visit beihai for whatever reason though I suppose this hotel is fine but there are some things to be aware of. First is that said tourists will be there. They’re super loud, inconsiderate, gawk at foreigners as if you’re from another planet, and just generally unpleasant (even lounging around and smoking in the non-smoking lobby). Next is the pool- photos make it look gorgeous but it’s very shallow, maybe 3 feet, and the view from the pool is a concrete parking lot (doesn’t show that in any of the photos). So basically not a place most people would hang out or swim. My room also felt dusty/musty. Positives- the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

IInvitéGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

EEkaterina GrigoryanLe personnel de la réception est très utile, bien que plus d'un personnel parlant anglais serait conseillé, la plupart des personnes ne parlent pas anglais et il est un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je voudrais mentionner Lisa qui parle anglais et qui a été très utile, fournir des informations utiles sur les installations de l'hôtel, les lieux de test Covid et les lieux d'intérêt.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet est bon, mais le choix de la pâte est un peu limité et, en général, il semble que l'hôtel ne sert pas vraiment les invités occidentaux (principalement des plats chinois). La salle de buffet est pleine de lumière, elle est très spacieuse et face à la mer, qui est grande. Cependant, la propreté peut être améliorée car les tables et le sol n'ont pas été nettoyés assez rapidement, et mon table et le sol sous lui étaient gras/saturés.
Les chambres sont très variées. Les piscines, les salles de sport, les courts de tennis, les chambres à vapeur ont été utilisées pendant mon séjour et elles étaient en bonne condition. La chambre à vapeur prend beaucoup de temps pour chauffer. Le personnel de la piscine/salle ne parle pas anglais du tout. La salle de tennis de table et certaines autres installations étaient en service pendant notre séjour, nous n'en avons pas fait usage. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel dispose d'autres installations de loisirs que la plupart des hôtels. Bien fait!
En ce qui concerne la localisation, l'hôtel est sur la côte, mais la mer n'est pas nageable là, vous pouvez donc seulement profiter de la vue. Les hôtels près de la plage principale d'argent (par exemple, Crowne Plaza) sont considérablement plus coûteux (environ 500rmb différence), donc un taxi 30-min là (coût environ 30 rmb une fois) fait encore l'hôtel Furama une option beaucoup plus économique. La vue sur la mer des chambres est très belle !
Le centre-ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.

IIsland Girl AngeleneI extended my stay here because my flight back home was canceled. The entire process was hassle-free and in addition to that, I was gifted a christmas card from the hotel staff.
House keeping came every three days because most workers we sick due to covid and the botel was short staffed. However, supplies like water, soap, etc were alaways available in a self service area for guests on the resident floors and if one needed extra assistance, someone was always availato offer assistance.
My overall stay was wonderful and I hope to return soon!

IIsland Girl AngeleneOh my goodness!!!!!! Nous avons eu un moment étonnant ici! Nous sommes allés célébrer le 9e anniversaire du mariage et je suis heureux de choisir cet endroit. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de la ville de Paris, où il est situé dans le centre de la ville de Paris. Le lieu était propre, calme et bienvenue. J'étais agréablement surpris quand on nous a donné un gâteau et des boissons de notre hôte. Cependant, je fus complètement éclaté wjen je viens de voir notre chambre! La vue était tout! L'excellent hôtel de luxe est un hôtel de qualité.
Le chef n'était pas en mesure d'y être pour des raisons personnelles, mais notre hôte s'est assuré que nous avions bien pris soin, en ce qui concerne d'autres options de nourriture sur l'île et il a même recommandé à un chauffeur de nous emmener à de bonnes articulations alimentaires. Grâce à la nature de nos hôtes, notre voyage à l'île a été excellent et je regrette seulement que nous n'ayons pas réservé de rester plus longtemps! 😭 Maintenant que j'ai eu cette expérience, je suis impatient de revenir à l'île Weizhou et de rester dans cette villa. Il était bien précieux du prix!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

RredfoxearL'hôtel est très loin d'être situé sur la montagne, avec un temps de distribution relativement long, mais l'environnement est très agréable, loin de la humidité et de la complexité. La position de la chambre est excellente, qu'elle soit assis dans la chambre ou sur le canapé du balcon, vous pouvez accéder à un beau paysage de la désertification. L'hôtel ne prend que sept ou huit minutes à pied de la mer, mais parce que le terrain est sur la montagne, il faut monter et descendre la montagne et ajouter un peu de plaisir de marcher. Le petit déjeuner est plus commun et ne peut répondre qu'aux besoins fondamentaux. Dans le Festival du Printemps, il y a plus d'invités et certains plats de petit déjeuner ne sont pas complétés en temps utile. Cependant, les services de l'hôtel sont satisfaisants dans d'autres domaines, le personnel a essentiellement fait la demande et la réception a également prorogé intimement le temps de départ.

Is perfect and just what you need to cool off after a day exploring the island. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. You can hire an ebike from the hotel and that’s the best way to see the island.
The only negative was the amount of litter that was in the plants, on the grass and on the beach. This needs to be addressed as it’s have a horrible impact on the environment.

TToren SvenThis hotel was a fantastic place to stay on a peaceful and quiet island (not many foreign tourists). The location was central yet felt safe and secure, with a warm and friendly pickup and drop-off service from the ferry terminal. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the staff were professional and happy to accommodate early arrivals and departures. The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with great lighting, good ventilation, and no noise from neighbours. The bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the bathtub was a real treat. Meals were delicious and reasonably priced, and several local restaurants were nearby to try. The staff were invaluable, going out of their way to assist with bookings and any requests (WeChat was sufficient for English translation support). For the quality and service provided, the price was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and hassle-free stay.
