Hôtels à Changshu avec petit déjeuner

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Changshu Riverside Hotel for 6 nights. We didn't feel lost though our Mandarin is super weak.Xiao Juan （小娟）is super helpful, assisting with the apps on booking ride hailing, recommending my wife on places of interest to visit while I am at work, and economy way to travel around. The room has beautiful views, rooms are big, and pretty modern technology with bidet seat, and voice command AI device provided in the room.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel en termes de service, d'équipements et d'environnement, il est de première classe. Tout d'abord, le service du personnel de la réception est très attentionné et donne aux gens une sensation très amicale et chaleureuse. Surtout sœur Bao ! Elle est vraiment très sympa ! Aide-moi beaucoup Deuxièmement, les chambres de l'hôtel sont très confortables, spacieuses, propres et bien rangées. Réveillez-vous naturellement le matin et regardez le soleil par la fenêtre, ce qui permet aux gens de se sentir aussi à l'aise qu'à la maison. Les équipements de la chambre sont très complets, et vous ne vous sentirez pas gêné même si vous restez longtemps. Enfin, l'environnement de l'hôtel est également très élégant. Tout l'intérieur de l'hôtel est rempli de plantes vertes et de fleurs, ce qui permet aux gens de se sentir très détendus et confortables. L'hôtel propose également un grand nombre d'installations de loisirs, telles que des piscines, des salles de sport, etc., permettant aux clients de bénéficier d'un repos et d'une détente parfaits pendant leur voyage. Très adapté aux voyages d'affaires !

I traveled to participate in the triathlon and stayed at a hotel that was ideally located next to the lake. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, my experience with the restaurant staff was frustrating. On the first day, I arrived for lunch and was refused service because they claimed it was ”too late”—yet they proceeded to seat and serve other customers who arrived after me. The following morning at breakfast, the staff approached me multiple times to remind me of the 10 AM cutoff, even though they didn’t give the same reminders to other guests. I’m unsure whether this was due to me being a Westerner or because my Mandarin isn’t fluent, but both dining experiences left me feeling singled out and disappointed.

Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

La réception de l'hôtel gère le séjour très rapidement, le service est très enthousiaste et les bagages stockés sont bien stockés. Vous choisissez souvent cette maison d'hôtes qui a déjà séjourné de nombreuses fois, le stationnement est gratuit, il n'y a pas de frais. L'hôtel est limpide et lumineuse, le paysage environnant est bon, et le type de chambre est également mis à jour.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was amazing. The hotel itself is great, the pool, the gym and all the places to eat. The staff was super friendly and really helpful. I’ll definitely stay there again if I ever find myself in Changshu

Le tout est très confortable, c'est l'environnement de la souris, la décoration moderne. Le linge de la garde est intelligent, le climatisation est également très confortable, la vie est très calme. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement sain, très délicieux, le style américain est superbe. L'évaluation de ma fille, je pense que ces petits-déjeuners ou ces chambres sont très belles, mais je suis très content de notre chambre, en fait, je suis très content de la poudre, parce que je vais y aller pour me sentir comme ça, je pense que c'est un environnement qui est comme l'ancien, En fait, je vous aime beaucoup, comme vous, j'aime beaucoup le petit poisson que j'aime dans votre piscine. Je vous vois aussi. Je vous vois encore les homards de votre piscine, mais je ne vois pas les homards, j'espère que vous pourrez cultiver des homards sous l'eau.

La position est bonne, autour du commerce mondial, les boutiques de restaurant sont confortables. L'environnement de la chambre est propre et propre, les lits sont très confortables, l'espace est grand, vous pouvez aussi aller loin de la montagne. Il est insuffisant que le hall d'hôtel au premier étage est construit, comme un petit bâtiment, et il se sent presque comme ça. Il n'y a pas de suggestion sur la plate-forme.

Perfect location, there's a mall across the street with a grocery shop and lots of restaurants. Hotel staff and manager were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and the view outside the window was nice. We also availed their breakfast at the hotel reception for a good price (just need to join their free membership). Breakfast was not bad, mostly Chinese cuisine. The only downside for me was their hallway lighting which was motion detecting so the hallway to the room is pretty dark at night...

Overall, I was pleased with this hotel. It’s in a central part of Changshu, has English signs all over the hotel, and someone at the desk spoke English. My room was nice with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The hallway smelled like a mixture of perfume and cigarette smoke. Breakfast was very unexceptional and very Chinese (the baozis were not very good 🙁). Overall, I would still stay here again.
