Hôtels à Changshu avec parking

Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Changshu Riverside Hotel for 6 nights. We didn't feel lost though our Mandarin is super weak.Xiao Juan （小娟）is super helpful, assisting with the apps on booking ride hailing, recommending my wife on places of interest to visit while I am at work, and economy way to travel around. The room has beautiful views, rooms are big, and pretty modern technology with bidet seat, and voice command AI device provided in the room.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel en termes de service, d'équipements et d'environnement, il est de première classe. Tout d'abord, le service du personnel de la réception est très attentionné et donne aux gens une sensation très amicale et chaleureuse. Surtout sœur Bao ! Elle est vraiment très sympa ! Aide-moi beaucoup Deuxièmement, les chambres de l'hôtel sont très confortables, spacieuses, propres et bien rangées. Réveillez-vous naturellement le matin et regardez le soleil par la fenêtre, ce qui permet aux gens de se sentir aussi à l'aise qu'à la maison. Les équipements de la chambre sont très complets, et vous ne vous sentirez pas gêné même si vous restez longtemps. Enfin, l'environnement de l'hôtel est également très élégant. Tout l'intérieur de l'hôtel est rempli de plantes vertes et de fleurs, ce qui permet aux gens de se sentir très détendus et confortables. L'hôtel propose également un grand nombre d'installations de loisirs, telles que des piscines, des salles de sport, etc., permettant aux clients de bénéficier d'un repos et d'une détente parfaits pendant leur voyage. Très adapté aux voyages d'affaires !

I traveled to participate in the triathlon and stayed at a hotel that was ideally located next to the lake. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, my experience with the restaurant staff was frustrating. On the first day, I arrived for lunch and was refused service because they claimed it was ”too late”—yet they proceeded to seat and serve other customers who arrived after me. The following morning at breakfast, the staff approached me multiple times to remind me of the 10 AM cutoff, even though they didn’t give the same reminders to other guests. I’m unsure whether this was due to me being a Westerner or because my Mandarin isn’t fluent, but both dining experiences left me feeling singled out and disappointed.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was amazing. The hotel itself is great, the pool, the gym and all the places to eat. The staff was super friendly and really helpful. I’ll definitely stay there again if I ever find myself in Changshu

Equipements : Très récent. Il n'y a personne dans la piscine le matin. Pensez à y aller à l'ouverture à 7h pour en faire l'expérience. La température de l'eau de la piscine thermale est également très bonne. Propreté : Très bien, la chambre a été très bien nettoyée. Environnement : La pièce peut voir le lac Kuncheng et le paysage est plutôt beau. Service : Très accueillant. Le pain et les sushis du petit-déjeuner sont délicieux, mais le café est faible. La paella du restaurant japonais est superbe et a bon goût. L'hôtel se trouve à 15 yuans en taxi de Shajiabang. C'est agréable d'aller à Shajiabang la nuit pour voir la vue nocturne.

推薦星程常熟琴湖酒店！早餐很豐盛，前台服務周到，房間寬敞明亮，住着特別舒心。洗手間是乾濕分離設計，空間很大，用起來很方便，感應燈光很靈敏。酒店位置在市中心，正對常熟小蠻腰，夜景絕美，而且就坐落在琴湖邊上，出行交通十分便利。真心值得再入住！

The Vienna brand of hotels is usually a good standard of quality and service. The Changshu Vienna is a much higher quality. It’s location and attentive service is very good. Making this Vienna stand out and shine as a representation of the brand.

The hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.
