Hôtels à Changshu avec parking

Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Changshu Riverside Hotel for 6 nights. We didn't feel lost though our Mandarin is super weak.Xiao Juan （小娟）is super helpful, assisting with the apps on booking ride hailing, recommending my wife on places of interest to visit while I am at work, and economy way to travel around. The room has beautiful views, rooms are big, and pretty modern technology with bidet seat, and voice command AI device provided in the room.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel en termes de service, d'équipements et d'environnement, il est de première classe. Tout d'abord, le service du personnel de la réception est très attentionné et donne aux gens une sensation très amicale et chaleureuse. Surtout sœur Bao ! Elle est vraiment très sympa ! Aide-moi beaucoup Deuxièmement, les chambres de l'hôtel sont très confortables, spacieuses, propres et bien rangées. Réveillez-vous naturellement le matin et regardez le soleil par la fenêtre, ce qui permet aux gens de se sentir aussi à l'aise qu'à la maison. Les équipements de la chambre sont très complets, et vous ne vous sentirez pas gêné même si vous restez longtemps. Enfin, l'environnement de l'hôtel est également très élégant. Tout l'intérieur de l'hôtel est rempli de plantes vertes et de fleurs, ce qui permet aux gens de se sentir très détendus et confortables. L'hôtel propose également un grand nombre d'installations de loisirs, telles que des piscines, des salles de sport, etc., permettant aux clients de bénéficier d'un repos et d'une détente parfaits pendant leur voyage. Très adapté aux voyages d'affaires !

Le service de la chambre est très confortable et confortable. Mais mon expérience avec le personnel du restaurant était frustrant. Le premier jour, je suis venu pour déjeuner et je me suis refusé de servir parce qu'ils ont affirmé qu'il était ”trop tard” mais ils ont continué à s'asseoir et à servir d'autres clients qui sont venus après moi. Remplacez-moi le coup de 10 AM, même si ils n'ont pas donné les mêmes rappels aux autres invités. Je ne suis pas sûre que c'était parce que je suis occidental ou parce que mon Mandarin n'est pas fluide, mais les deux expériences de manger m'ont fait sentir un peu déçue et un peu déçue.

Excellent service, chambres propres et confortables, meilleure vue sur Changshu, bar confortable avec une grande variété de boissons de haute qualité, grand petit déjeuner buffet à l'hôtel.

推薦星程常熟琴湖酒店！早餐很豐盛，前台服務周到，房間寬敞明亮，住着特別舒心。洗手間是乾濕分離設計，空間很大，用起來很方便，感應燈光很靈敏。酒店位置在市中心，正對常熟小蠻腰，夜景絕美，而且就坐落在琴湖邊上，出行交通十分便利。真心值得再入住！

The Vienna brand of hotels is usually a good standard of quality and service. The Changshu Vienna is a much higher quality. It’s location and attentive service is very good. Making this Vienna stand out and shine as a representation of the brand.

Les commerces environnants de l'hôtel sont relativement isolés. Il y a Shimao un peu plus loin, mais marcher me semble trop loin. L'hôtel est relativement proche du jardin Fangta et pas trop loin du temple Zen de Xingfu. Le service de l'hôtel est vraiment bon, de très haute qualité par rapport au prix, mais la seule chose qui semble un peu cassée est que la climatisation de l'hôtel n'est pas très bonne. La chambre au soleil du soir est très chaude mais la climatisation ne peut pas refroidir. il.

La chambre est transformée par le maïs. Les petits melons ne sont pas adaptés à la vie. La nuit est un peu intéressante. Je n'ai pas peur. J'étais enfant. J'étais un vieux melon de mon ami. Le petit-déjeuner est pas bon. Aujourd'hui, les fruits de mer sont normalement bons. La sortie est un vieux restaurant de rue de la population locale. Vous êtes très chaleureusement acheté. Les restaurants sont tous là !

I just came out of the bar, and it's only a few hundred meters' walk to this hotel. The location is fantastic! Overall, it's pretty good in other aspects too. The cleanliness is quite good, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very nice. I like the smiley service here.
