Service: Pour tout, mon invité est la plus grande admiration pour la population de l'hôtel. Le chef de magasin est super bon, tout problème est résolu avec patience et soigneusement professionnel. Et après avoir quitté la maison, nous avons envoyé notre compliment, les autres fonctionnaires sont super bons, le service est en place. Environnement : Les jardins standards de la Quatuor sont entrés dans trois et trois, les fleurs sont vivantes, les chaussures rouges sont assis dans le jardin, les pommes rouges ** sont vides pour une après-midi. Hygiène: Bienvenue à la livraison immédiate après avoir séjourné dans la chambre, les fruits sont frais et propres, la tasse d'eau est complètement désinfectée et les détails sont remplis. Ensuite, c'est là que vivent les gens !

Lovely place to stay. The service was warm and friendly, and the two aunties were incredibly kind. They even prepared breakfast for us, which was a lovely touch. The room felt more like a fully furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and comfortable. The surroundings were quiet, with a peaceful countryside vibe, perfect for relaxing. It’s only about a 20-minute drive to Xiling Ski Mountain, and getting a Didi was very easy. Overall, a great and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

The staff went far and beyond to keep us comfortable during our stay! The hotel is easy to find and very new; We were given a room upgrade as the hotel wasn’t busy at the time of our visit. The location of this hotel is perfect as there are food places nearby. The hot spring within the hotel premises is definitely a plus point. We definitely have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting again!

La chambre était spacieuse, le chauffage agréable et l'endroit impeccable. La nourriture était particulièrement délicieuse et un ruisseau aux eaux d'un vert éclatant coulait juste à côté, invitant à la baignade et aux jeux sur les rochers. Surtout, l'emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture du mont enneigé de Xiling.

地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

Le personnel de l'hôtel était ami et utile, utilisant l'app pour me communiquer en anglais. Mon chambre était au 9ème étage avec une vue magnifique sur les arbres, la montagne et la piscine. Il y avait un balcon avec une table et des chaises. Il y a une chambre tranquille et confortable, il y a une chambre confortable et confortable. Le massage et les traitements étaient merveilleux, surtout de Rufong, si vous aimez une profonde acupression.

The room was big n spacious, with 2 big beds, 2 sinks n a balcony overlooking a beautiful view. Service (housekeeping) was excellent as they attended to our requests instantaneously. The front desk staff even sent to our room homemade Ginger tea to beat our cold symptoms!  Hot spring facilities was readily available and was great! We only felt the room furniture was slightly old n TV connectivity was not great as we couldn’t get the channels up most of the time. Everything else was excellent!

Very warm welcome from some of the loveliest staff! Excellent service and very friendly. Perfect location just at the bottom of the gondola (as we wanna spend the day up the mountain but mum wasn’t really keen on staying up here as it was freezing). The hotel also has a little gym where I can keep up with my regular routine. Language barrier wasn’t a major issue as we use the translator app and the staff also tried their best to communicate to us. Perfect for family or couple that want an easy walkable access to the mountain/gondola. Would definitely comeback here again for skiing next time!

Très joli hôtel. Le service de transport de bagages est un service de transport de bagages à l'hôtel, qui est de CNY10. Le service est rapide. Le service de la chambre est très bien situé. L'environnement est très bon. Le sol de la salle de bain est également chauffé. Notre chambre utilise le projecteur principal pour voir le programme de télévision. Internet n'est pas vraiment stable, donc le projecteur de télévision parfois se penche. Le projeteur n'est pas en mesure de quitter l'hôtel un jour avant de partir, donc nous n'avons pas le choix mais de dormir avec lui (pas de bon sommeil nocturne le jour), mais leur service à votre demande est bon. Aucun téléphone dans la chambre, comme vous utilisez WeChat pour appeler leur service de chambre. Globalement, cet hôtel dispose d'une bonne localisation, d'un bon service et d'un bon environnement.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special.
