沒想到費縣也會有這麼好的酒店，一進大廳禪茶香氣撲鼻而來，是我找尋了許久的味道，前台的帥哥美女服務都很熱情，拿行李，按電梯，特別貼心，房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，還有小冰箱，並且準備了免費的水，茶葉等等，這次入住，我真的特別滿意，以後就是全季的鐵粉

在費縣，應屬不錯的酒店，科技感、智能化也很強，再加上兩張一米8的大床，看起來很完美。不過，提幾點建議，希望能優化： 1.科技是為人服務的，而住宿服務的根本還是要服務睡眠。床底感應燈帶，太敏感，且亮度太高，手一搭，被子稍一滑，燈就亮了，對於本身睡眠質量不太好的人來説很不友好，一晚上亮了七八次，醒了七八次。 2.電動窗簾，很高級，但同樣應該回歸本質。酒店窗簾，一在於私隱，二在於隔光，而隔光做的並不好，中間及兩邊縫隙太大。 3.既然走科技智能路線，就要關注好功能穩定可用。入住房間小愛同學未做好帳户和設備的關聯，無法控制燈光，窗簾，電視在內的設備。同時，建議一下，可以把電視做大，現在電視成本不高，但提升感受效果很好。 4.收取住店按金的做法，建議取消。這是十幾年前信任關係體系未能很好建立時的做法，現在雖説無錯，但給人感受不好。 5.早餐要提升一下，會提升一天的整體客户感受。 6.學習一下比如亞朵酒店的經營和服務方法理念。 希望越來越好，下次回費縣還會入住。
