Had a very pleasant stay at Atour Guiyang. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay, always helpful and welcoming. The hotel is also conveniently located near to attractions and plenty of food options within walking distance.

📍地理位置：酒店地段很好，臨近北站，出行打車、逛街覓食都特別省心，不用繞路趕路，出行幸福感直接拉滿。 🧹衞生環境：房間打掃得挺乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離無黴味，床品乾淨，房間落地窗，沒有異味。 💁服務體驗：前台辦理入住退房速度很快，工作人員態度温和有禮貌，有需求響應及時，不會刻意打擾客人，服務分寸感剛剛好。

I had recently come on a holiday to the city and stayed here for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were well and without issue. On the last night, i was unfortunate enough to encounter a rat in my room. It had managed to escape through a hole under the sink and I was told that all rooms had this feature when I was requesting for a replacement room. Even the replacement had issues as the wifi did not have connectivity which caused their smart room functions to not work all the way till checkout. Also, rooms do not have a line to the front desk and communication with them is only through wechat. As such, it will be difficult for travelers who do not know mandarin to have a quick response to issues easily. I encountered my room key to not be able to open my room almost every afternoon and had to face the inconvenience of either going to the front desk or waiting for the staff to come up to provide a replacement key, where both options took substantial time due to the slow lifts. Also, the gym was not in a good condition and the breakfast was plain and repetitive. I have to commend the hotel staff for their positive attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever issues arose, but I felt they were let down by the infrastructure and setup and could only be apologetic a lot of the time. It is a new hotel, so hopefully they might be able to fix these teething issues and provide future guests with a more positive experience.

This hotel is the nearest airport hotel that I have ever stayed in China. The room is spick and span. The room alloted to me on the eighth level allows me to see the airport terminal, the observation decks, airport train station and flights taking off from the airport clearly. I take home the free razor and toothbrushes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel but the hotel restaurant is closed at night and the receptionist is not around to take room orders. I ate durian bread at the hotel cafe near the concierge for lunch. I will stay here for sure again in October 2025.

Principales raisons pour lesquelles je recommande cet hôtel : 1. Emplacement stratégique : Jiaxiulou, Wenchangge, rue des restaurants, marché matinal, centre commercial, etc., tous accessibles à pied. 2. Service irréprochable et humain : Tous les membres du personnel (réception, personnel de nuit et de matin, personnel d'entretien, salle à manger, etc.) que nous avons rencontrés étaient aimables, généreux et sympathiques, faisant de leur mieux pour répondre aux besoins des clients ! Nous sommes arrivés avant midi et Mme Chen, à la réception, nous a proposé un surclassement au cinquième étage, le plus haut de l'hôtel, avec enregistrement immédiat. J'ai apprécié certaines des confiseries disponibles dans le hall de l'hôtel, mais je n'en ai pas trouvé dans les supermarchés et magasins du coin avant mon départ pour l'aéroport. Mme Chen m'a demandé d'en prendre autant que je voulais. J'étais gêné, mais elle a insisté. Quelle générosité ! J'ai oublié de la remercier personnellement pour m'avoir recommandé Dongshansi, d'où l'on pouvait admirer la ville depuis les airs, en plus de son architecture de temples attrayante. La femme de ménage de service le jeudi 13 juin 2024 au matin nous a offert du shampoing supplémentaire sur demande, avec un sourire amical. Elle a fait un excellent travail en gardant notre chambre 519 impeccable et sans odeur ! L'hôtel nous a réservé une agréable surprise le soir : deux packs de lait, accompagnés d'un mot manuscrit ! ​​Le personnel de la réception nous a généreusement offert des bouteilles d'eau. 3. Chambre propre et spacieuse, avec des lits confortables : La chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement propre et bien aérée. De tous les hôtels équipés de la climatisation centralisée que nous avons séjournés dans différentes villes, la régulation de la température de cet hôtel était la meilleure, contrairement à d'autres où l'on pouvait avoir chaud même à basse température ! L'idéal serait que les toilettes soient insonorisées. 4. Équipements et installations : C'est l'un des rares hôtels à proposer une laverie en libre-service GRATUITE ! Une salle de sport se trouve dans la même zone, au cinquième étage. Des batteries externes et des parapluies, entre autres, sont disponibles en prêt GRATUITEMENT ! 5. Dîner et petit-déjeuner : Un petit-déjeuner savoureux et varié, avec notamment des nouilles et une soupe aigre-douce, préparés par des chefs professionnels. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un séjour mémorable, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Our stay in Qingyan felt like stepping into a quiet, hidden world where time slows down and everything is designed to soothe the senses. The setting is simply stunning. Surrounded by greenery and a peaceful lake, the property blends perfectly with nature. Sitting by the water under the shade of a large umbrella, with the soft sound of leaves and reflections dancing on the surface, was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip. It feels intimate, almost like having your own private garden. The rooms are equally impressive — modern, warm, and beautifully designed, with large windows that open directly onto the landscape. Waking up to that serene view made every morning feel special. The balance between minimal design and comfort is perfectly executed. We also loved the common areas: elegant indoor spaces with curated details, tea served in a refined and cozy atmosphere, and outdoor areas that invite you to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged, never excessive, always harmonious. Breakfast was enjoyable and nicely presented, and the BBQ experience was fun and well-organized, creating a relaxed and social moment. If we had to mention a few small points for improvement: a scale in the room would be a useful addition, the chopsticks provided at breakfast could be of better quality, and while the BBQ experience was great overall, the selection of meat did not fully match our personal taste. That said, these are only minor details in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. This place is truly special — a perfect combination of nature, design, and tranquility. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and refined escape.

Premièrement, ce lieu n'est pas un hôtel Carlton Hotel Chain. Deuxièmement, il est situé au 8ème étage d'une tour commerciale. En tant qu'hôtel 3 étoiles de classement en Chine, il est à la haute fin de l'échelle à l'intérieur. En tant que voyageur solitaire, je regarde principalement la convenance et l'hygiène. L'hôtel est à la station, il m'a fallu 40 minutes pour trouver mon chemin de marche vers l'hôtel, et il aurait apprécié davantage d'informations. Vous trouverez un chemin qui mène à un passage de l'autoroute. L'hôtel est à gauche, en entrant dans le bâtiment. L'état actuel de l'ascenseur et de l'ascenseur est terrible. Voir les photos. La réception, il y avait une dame devant moi qui avait pris la salle pour vous donner une idée de l'endroit. La chambre était très belle, mais il n'y avait pas de contrôle aérien, tout était centralisé, mais au moins il était cool à Guiyang cette nuit. Il y avait une marque humide sur le canapé, voir la photo. J'ai vérifié la salle d'hygiène, et il était OK, serviettes propres, toilettes propres, feuilles propres, poussins ne sentaient pas. En fait, à part la marque du canapé et la condition de la rug, tout était bon. Le service de la station est très bien placé. Il est probablement mieux de réserver un hôtel dans une zone légèrement meilleure et de prendre un camion.

First time in Guiyang and I’m very happy I chose Sofitel Guiyang Hunter. Rabby provided great service during my whole stay. She upgraded my room and recommended local food and places to visit. The room view was beautiful and the hotel location is very convenient. During my stay, I accidentally hurt my hand with a door. The hotel staff helped me immediately, and Rabby also checked on me later by WeChat. I really felt the care and kindness from the hotel. All staff were warm and professional, even those whose names I didn’t know. Highly recommended for both local and international travelers. I will definitely stay here again next time. 第一次来贵阳，选择入住贵阳亨特索菲特酒店是很正确的决定。从入住到离店，Rabby 一直都在帮助我，帮忙升级了房型，还推荐了很多本地美食和旅行攻略。房间景观很好，酒店位置也非常方便。入住期间我的手不小心被门夹伤，酒店工作人员第一时间过来帮忙处理，Rabby 后续也在微信上关心我的情况。很多细节都会让人感受到这家酒店真正的人文关怀。 除了 Rabby 之外，还有很多我不知道名字的工作人员也都非常热情、专业。无论是国内旅行还是外国游客，我都很推荐这家酒店。下次来贵阳，我还会继续选择这里。

Greentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.
