Nous avons eu un séjour incroyable ici dans cet hôtel. L'ensemble du cadre et l'environnement est calme et calme. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet, facing the car park. It is located near the riverside. We need to use the car hailing service to go to the museums (Heyuan河源 museum and Heyuan河源 Dinosaur eggs museum) and Taiping Street as all the attractions are situated on the opposite side of the river. The front desk staff are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The breakfast spread is good. However, due to the Chinese New Year crowd, the kitchen staff couldn't cope with the high demand. Hence, both mornings while we were there, we had to wait for a seat as well as the food to be replenished. I would suggest that the management should consider increasing manpower in the kitchen to avoid any negative impression about your hotel. The laundry room is equipped with washing machines and a wide space for you to dry your clothes. Thank you

An Excellent Stay with Minor Room for Improvement I recently stayed at the MEHOOD LESTIE Hotel Heyuan Bashu and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel boasts a highly convenient location, making it easy to get around, and the general environment feels incredibly welcoming and comfortable.I was impressed by the size of the room, which was very spacious and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. However, there were two small issues during my stay. The standard setting on the air conditioning felt a little too warm, and the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Despite these minor setbacks, the comfort and convenience of the hotel make it a fantastic choice, and I would certainly recommend it to other travelers.”

很滿意的週末親子旅行，定了樹屋和帳篷房，相臨很近。很方便。帳篷房的好處是大大的室外泳池泡池，一家人都在池子😩的很開心。樹屋很舒服，還有梳化床給小朋友安排。小卡通帳盆和積木也是寶寶喜歡的。全家泡完又泡太舒服了。還去了老闆的餐廳吃飯也很不錯。早餐也很好吃。外面有露營基地，打算下次約上朋友們一起來露營了。

The hotel is situated in a relatively remote area, with limited sightseeing opportunities and only a few dining options nearby. Unfortunately, the room felt quite dated, which was surprising given that I understood the hotel had recently undergone renovations. Even the dinosaur-themed bed in our room had a couple of missing teeth, which gave the impression that maintenance could be improved. One thing to note is that, due to the remote location, there are a lot of bugs. We didn't encounter many inside the spacious room itself, but every time we opened the door, insects would quickly find their way in. This may not be a major issue for everyone, but it's worth considering if you're travelling with young children or are sensitive to insects.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.
