酒店整體環境乾淨雅緻，進門就能感受到細緻周到的服務。前台工作人員露霜熱情有禮，辦理入住快捷高效，全程耐心解答各類問題。客房打掃得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果很好，夜裡休息格外安穩，衞浴用品齊全，熱水供應穩定。公共區域整潔明亮，WiFi網速流暢，出行停車也很方便。不管是日常居住還是短途出差都很合適，工作人員態度温和貼心，有需求響應及時。整趟入住沒有一點糟心事，性價比很高，各方面細節都做得很到位，已經推薦給身邊朋友，下次再來還會選擇這家酒店，值得放心入住。

La coeur est différente, la décoration est très excellente, la lumière est douce, la salle ou la chambre sont brillantes, il y a fumée dans la chambre, le goût est insensé, il faut changer de chambre sans fumée. La chambre est complète, le lit de 1 mètre 8 est très confortable, deux couilles, un canapé, un petit réfrigérateur, une mine d'eau de mer, deux coles de cacao. Il y a aussi du déjeuner, du soir du soir (pas manger), chaque chambre donne des fruits. La plus recommandée est la bouteille, l'eau est assez pulsée, pratique d'exploitation, deux boutons pour résoudre l'évacuation. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, la combinaison de Chine et Ouest. L'hôtel est à la gare, le transport est pratique, c'est que la fenêtre est ouverte.

Il n'y a pas de plats préfabriqués tout au long du processus, il est trop surprenant que la peau soit remplie, que les paquets soient mous, que le maïs soit désormais doux, que les fruits de la médaille soient parfumés. Dans la zone de repas, il n'y a pas de corne morte et propre, que les installations de repas soient complètement utilisées, que le personnel de service ait pris l'initiative de remplir les repas et qu'il ait été att La position du magasin est à proximité de la gare, le voyage est pratique pour manger et la qualité du petit déjeuner est directement élevée. La prochaine fois que je viens à Hangzhou, je choisis cette maison!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and effortless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was a luxurious hotel, especially for the price point. The room was very comfortable, nice linens, a wonderful modern shower and immaculately clean and fresh (no trace of cigarette smoke). We booked two beds which were large enough for our family of four to be comfortable. We had a nice desk and big, operable windows, instant hot water, daily deliveries of cut fruit and an AI room assistant to manage all functions including closing the curtains and keeping our kids entertained (when addressed in Mandarin). Note: Make sure to review the room before planning to share with a colleague or to entertain guests - the bathroom in our room was lovely but offered limited privacy. All the staff was incredibly attentive and very friendly, all parts of the hotel are very sleek and new and are beautifully maintained. Little delivery robots bring food to your room if you order out and there is good security. I believe breakfast is offered in the lobby, but we discovered a great little local place right across the street with all the traditional staples: 鲜族牛肉汤饭. There's a fun kids park a couple blocks away with some little rides, a bounce castle and a huge sandbox filled with some kind of Chinese grain instead of sand tucked away behind the trampolines (10 RMB per activity, most relaxing morning of the trip) and good people watching with exercise dancing, etc. I'd choose this brand and location again, for a visit with the whole family or a romantic getaway with my partner. Five stars.

A perfect stay with my family in the famed accommodation that is the most beautiful place to stay at in the city of wonderful charm and greatness. Every thing about the hotel is really special and superlative to mention.

一進大廳就是香香的，前台的美女很熱情，遇到問題也耐心幫忙解決，還推薦了好吃的小店。房間裏乾淨整潔，早餐品種豐富，味道也特別好，吃的出食材很新鮮，不是預製菜，整體特別滿意

我們一家三口是除夕入住的酒店，老闆人非常好，給我們房間免費升級至套房，而且在大堂準備了花生，瓜子和水果，初一早上給我們準備了手工包的水餃，讓我們感到了家的温暖，必須贊一下。

They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.
